How would you track a JV sale and conversion so both parties feel secure?

Hi

My client has an ecommerce site and would like to do a JV with a list holder of suitable target buyers.

What is the best way to track conversions and sales so both parties can check for themselves exactly what sold from a mailshot to the list?

        No, both parties have their own Clickbank account, but the information is shared, and you won't have to trust the other party to pay out on time (or at all) - Clickbank will handle that themselves.

          ClickBank's JV contract feature handles the share of
          the proceeds from a particular ClickBank account (or
          product within an account) which is not what the OP
          needs as this would include sales made by others.
          Besides that it would not give conversion figures.

          So in this case a straightforward affiliate link would
          be sufficient.

            Can you explain what you mean by a straightforward affiliate link ?
            We have many products and I am not sure if you mean add a clickbank link to all my products

              I assumed that the mailshot was aimed at a specific
              product at the site with its own sales page. In
              which case you would provide an affiliate link for
              that product.

              If there are many products you could put them all in
              one ClickBank account which would provide you with
              one entry in the ClickBank Marketplace. You would
              then just need the affiliate link to the MarketPlace
              entry.

    The best way by far and above is to use Clickbank. They have done $billions$ of dollars and I can personally attest to millions in successful and timely payouts from them.

    The vendor (seller) has his own account.

    The affiliate (promoter) has his own account.

    Clickbank tracks the affiliate's contribution and mails them checks directly out of the vendor's sales.
