    I mostly use facebook and twitter. I update it with auto rss submission . The service which i use are
    - feedburner socialize( post tweets automatically via rss feeds )
    - twitterfeed ( Post tweets automatically via rss at regular interval. do allow multiple accounts and facebook wall posting )
    - 1 click retweet share plugin for wordpress ( Immidietly post tweet and facebook wall post whenever i publish new post + provide sharing icons on my post )

      tweetdeck. it's an obvious one but it's all I use for twitter. It's especially useful when you incorporate negative keywords to find some good prospects in a sea of advertising
