How reliable is scroogle.org?

I've been keeping an eye on one of my sites traffic with analytics... Monday, 278 visits... Tuesday, 171.

I've gone over to scroogle.org, to see if I've been googleed.

All my targeted keywords are on page one, some in the first spot.

Was this just a bad day?

Is scrrogle accurate?

I have 2 other tools, but they're not working.

I can't use rank checker, as it's not compatable with my new, krap, version of firefox... can I downgrade my firefox?

It's been pretty accurate for me. At times i've confirmed rankings with people actually from certain countries and they're correct lol

Have you graphed your traffic to see the weekly trend for your niche? There are often big fluctuations throughout the week. I like to use Get Click as the graphs make it easy to compare week-to-week; day-to-day.

Scroogle.org gives you a pretty good idea of your position. Google Webmaster Tools gives the best though - it just just delayed a few days.

Do you mean, Web Analytics in Real Time | Clicky ?

I'll give em a go, cheers.

I have been keeping an eye on the graph, and noticed some days are better than others... 100 visits is a big drop from monday to tuesday though.

Acording to scroogle, i'm ranking on page one for 4 buying keyords, my main one in the number 1 spot and ranking serp 5 for an info one with 22,000 exact monthly searches.

I expected the graph to go up.

A fluctuation, which happens regulary, of one or two spots can make a big different to your traffic when on the front page. There are also current events which can also affect traffic dramatically. You really need to see a trend before getting too concerned. I use to panic a lot over it too but once your rankings are stable you get use to the variations in traffic.

It sounds like your site is prime to make a killing though. Great work!

Cheers... Ye, my goal was to get on the front page for buying keywords... I've checked my entrance keywords and they're all buying keywords!

My conversions are still low though... I'm getting a lot of product clicks, but not many sales... Still.. can't complain, I reckon I'll break $200 by the end of the month, mostly from this site.

Next month should be higher as the traffic shoots up over the next 3 months.

Now, I need to tweak my site to up my conversions.

Scroogle is suppose to be safer and not as garbage filled when doing searches.
