Dailymotion.com problem

For the life of me, I cannot understand why my videos uploaded to Dailymotion.com keep getting removed. They're not spammy, vulgar and don't violate any TOS. I see a gaIllion dailymotion vids up all over the place and they're insanely spammed up and use copyrighted images and yet remain.

Anyone have insight? I do ping the videos after all are uploaded so could this be the problem? I even tried creating a brand new acct and uploaded one video which google put on Page 1 within a day yet when I clicked on it, it was already removed.

Any helpers other video sites people use with success as it relates to Google rankings?

Without additional detail about the contents of the video, I doubt anyone here will be able to accurately identify what the problem is.

It might be worthwhile asking Dailymotion this question.

Alternatively, if you have uploaded the video to another vid sharing site, sharing that could help people here help you.

I have had the same problem, with no explaination.I have used royalty free music which sounds more like recording studio music and that seems to be the common denominator although Youtube has a pretty sophisticated way of figuring this out and they warn you for breaking copyright laws. Also looking for an answer here.
