What The Shopping Center Taught me About IM

Hi!

Today I was at the shopping center in Trondheim in Norway, and it took not long before I realized that the ordinary shopping center's is a bit like IM.

In the shopping center it's may 50-60 stores, and the one hwo are getting most costumers, is the one that have stand's outside the stores! These stands attract people into the store, and makes sales.

The same must be done with sales page's as with ordinary stores. You MUST have something that attracts costumers to buy your products!

But what should you attract the costumers with?

An video presentation for example gives good effect, but also bonuses with the main product.

Do you have any tips for what might attract potential customers to buy products on a sales page?

Regards,

Jimmy

Step 1: Make your product worthy of being acknowledged as an "Outstanding" one.
Step 2: Ask your customers to tell you what they liked about it.
Step 3: Take their points as highlights and those are the most important things that will make your web site stand out.

    I'll do you one better.

Don't just try to attract anybody. Attract those that will be interested in your products. WHO does your product appeal to? WHY does it appeal to them? WHAT are the triggers to get them to pay attention?

Answer those questions and you can tailor your marketing materials in a more targeted manner--which will increase your sales exponentially.

When looking at your audience you are looking for that perpetually hot tourist trap, where you will then conveniently place a water stand where everyone will see it.

Bad analogy? It could get worse! Look for niches where people are thirsty for your (or someone else's) product. Find a place to set up your water stand (website) and start making some noise.

If you can understand this concept you are miles ahead of everyone else. And not just in "internet marketing" but in business.
