How much should I charge for my Internet business?

Hi warriors,

I have a membership business that earns about $600 per month. There is no website attached to the business itself.

Any idea how much I should ask for it?

Thanks!

Cathy

I haven't promoted it for 2 months so has decreased by $40 within that time frame.

The industry standard is to charge 6-10 months projected income. Alot of varibales besides that, including the size of your customer base, age of domain, amount of proprietary information/products, time it takes to manage, businesses' reputation, and any other assets included in the business at the time of sale.

I've sold websites that earn $2,500 a month for $25,000. It was nothing but a URL, established income and my intellectual property. Looking back, I probably could have gotten closer to $50,000 if I would have just been patient however.

    Hope this helps!
