Help? How to handle the sign ups?

I'm getting a lot more signups to my list a lot faster than I expected and I'm still new at all this.

Here is my question, how do I handle all the emails and questions from people who are signing up?

So far, I'm only offering free information and don't want to spend any more money on this to hire people to help.

Should I take the site down until I figure this out?

    automate!

create an FAQs answer in your autoresponder and send that out shortly after the sign up. Look for autoresponder series, in the War Room

great problem to have by the way.... if you want me to sign up I will give you feedback

    no, stay up later.

i would never take down a site because its getting too many subscribers.

i would look to add a help desk like hesk.com and see if i could put up an faq page or something to cut down on the level of support required.

what sort of questions are you getting from these people. if they are just free subscribers, you need to be aware of how much time (capital) you are investing in these yet un-proven buyers.

Duh! Very good idea. I should've thought of that myself. I really just did not expect this much so soon since I've been working on all this stuff for so many months now. The sign up is below. Would you please give me any feedback by private message? I'm still new and not a web site designer or anything.

another good suggestion. Is hesk.com free?
The questions are pretty detailed and would take a lot of time to cover for free. I think I'll go with the FAQ.

I love the FAQ idea rather than getting a helpdesk, especially since you are just starting out on your journey. It's great you are getting a ton of signups. Well done!

Yes, I think I can do the FAQ page rather simply. Thanks.

Yes, I'm on aweber. But I'm getting more questions about the free instructions.
