Quick question...

I want to get some personal animated emoticons created.

Can anyone shed some light as to language etc?

So that I know who to contact.

    Animated is always .gif format.

    Just have a graphics designer create them for you, then to display them, just set up an image.

    Here is the forum, it takes special character sets and swaps images for those character sets inside the php coding.

    Yeah, if you want them personalized and have a bit of time up your sleeves you can just download a gif image creator and create a series of small images.

    An emoticon only needs about 2-4 frames max, create your little fellas in photoshop (or even ms paint) and load them into your gif program, this will join the images in a short animation sequence (you can adjust the frame rates etc.) then just export to gif.

    They are pretty fun to create too, bit of a break from the usual IM stuff
