I've done a search and the reviews for ArticleMarketer.com are scarce. Any Warrior has used this service, and any comments?

    Hi Deric,

I'm using ArticleMarketer.com and got what I've expected for. I didn't expect a ton of traffic from submission service, but I expect for back-links.

And I got what I expect for.

Let's see how about other's experiences.

    :-)

    Thanks!
    Seree W.

I haven't had any luck with ArticleMarketer.com. My submissions always get rejected... they're not read / checked by human eyes - so it surprise me. I don't know how you do it. Maybe you can share?

I've been using Article Marketer since I got involved in internet marketing a few years ago and have no complaints whatsoever. In fact they're one of my must-have tools along with XSitePro, SEO Elite and Aweber.

They appear quite fussy when you first start submitting articles, but once you understand their submission rules you shouldn't have any problems getting articles accepted.

Do you use it instead of ezine or in addition to it?

I used to use ArticleMarketer, but they are just too picky. I wasted too much time trying to get things approved. Frankly it just wasn't worth the time when I could submit to EzineArticles and Isnare without all the hassle. There just wasn't any advantage to ArticleMarketer.

I get the same backlinks and the same exposure from other services without wasting my time trying to "learn their system".

            Regards,

            Chuck

Their submission rules are not that complicated. You basically need to submit 400+ word articles that make sense and are gramatically correct. You also need to make sure you submit them to the correct category.

Definitely worth for it just for the backlinks.

They've got very strict guidelines. It takes a couple weeks of submitting and getting rejected, to get used to their guidelines

Have you seen my review. Go to Google and type in "article marketer review" and my review is in the first couple of spots. I have two reviews, one for the free service which is crap and the other for the paid service.

I use it for backlinks aswell.

It is good for backlinks but the only thing concerning me is, do you get a bad points with google when they see duplicate content with your same url in it?

doesn't this affect your juice with google?

I used them for a couple of years, but don't any longer. They didn't work for the better article directories, so I'd have to do those manually. I found the majority of the submissions went to useless sites with no traffic.

Maybe they've changed now... it's been a couple years since I've used them last.

I didn't have a good experience with them. I used it on a few sites that were a few months old and they got booted out of the index. Too many links too fast? I prefer to stick to getting a smaller number of links but higher quality ones, by sticking to the top sites. That's just me though!

I would be interested in hearing some more reviews about Article Marketer too. I have submitted about 10 articles to them now. It says only one article has been distributed though, and the others are queued for distribution. No results yet, but hopefully it will at least get me a few backlinks.

Also, does anyone have any experience with paid v. free versions? I have been doing the free version only, so if you pay the results might be better.

I submited an article with the free account to test their service:

It took them 45 days!!! to review the article and I had to rewrite it 4 times. Then I gave up.

After that I submitted the original version to Ezinearticles, they published it right away, no rewrite needed.

So, my experiences with them were disastrous.

There free service has proven to be hit and miss. In my experience it sucks. However, their paid service is quite good once you get over the quirks. Get a couple high quality articles submitted and approved and then they approve your articles at a far higher rate.

The amount of quality backlinks has been good and given a boost to my rankings.

I have been using ArticleMarketer.com for the past 8 months and i feel that their service is pretty good. It is more suitable for SEO jobs - getting backlinks. As for traffic, I still choose to manually submit to a few top directories.

There will be many limitations to the free user account and their review time is usually longer than a paid member. In the future if you decide to use their service, do take note of their auto subscription feature.

                                    Hi Deric,

In my experience, Articlemarketer.com is a bit of a blessing but a bit of a curse too...

Whoever set up their admin/back office/whatever systems needs shooting. it takes them forever to approve articles, even when there's no mistakes/issues with them, and their customer service is truly horrible...

BUT...I submitted my first article to them about a year ago, and within a few weeks it had generated over 1500 backlinks to my site and pushed my site into the top ten on google for the keyword "free Ipod music" which is pretty competitive as you can guess.

I've heard since then that Google's various algorithm updates have diminished the impact somewhat (I think it's something to do with all the articles being published on other sites using the same resource box/anchor text), but you can't argue with that many backlinks.

                                    Hope that's useful...

I have used their service some time ago, to be specific more than a year ago. My experience with them is not good because I didn't see any noticeable results, so I canceled my subscription.
