Paid Top Article Syndication Distribution Sources Here - What Are Yours ?

17 replies
For those who are new to article syndication, here is something that may save you some time I already did the work with much help from this forum, alexa especially has been instrumental in putting me on track ( Not an affiliate to any of these sources ... --- )

I have come up with a total of 6 recommended resources - 4 recommended sources for article syndication from Bill Platt ( from ...Phantom Writers ) ... and 1 from Nicole and 1 from MYOB what have you heard about these as good sources for reaching publishers vs passive approach on ezinearticles ?

* phantom writers
* article crooner
* submit your article
* isnare
* american chronicle
* DOE

The above distribution sources send not only to article directories but to their own private list of publishers to get ones article distributed. Not sure about american chronicle if they have a list of publishers they send stuff too and not sure how DOE works quite yet, need to research these a bit more.

It is also recommended that one does not rely on only one source, as this only limits your syndication opportunities versus maximizing them.

The take away is if one has the funds then, one primary paid way to distribute is to send articles to multiple distribution sources that have their own privately built list of publishers that you may not reach by just using one distribution source.

What is your feedback on these or others ?

    I agree mainly because Bill's been around the block so many times he's lost his teeth.

    DOE is good but it will depend what niches you are in.

    Also, try not to look just for syndication services and do stuff yourself. I find very high traffic authority sites, ezines, newsletters and now offline publications to get my articles printed directly in front of hungry buyers.

    These people are often not on the lists of any syndication service.

      Also AmericanChronicle.com is exceptional for syndication. Consider using Writers' Market for offline magazines, trade journals, newspapers, etc. Many offline publishers have online components which may contribute quality backlinks as a by-product of targeted traffic.

        Although it takes some patience and some 'gold panning', the reference section of your public library can help you find some gems. I'm having a hard time recalling the name of the publication, but there are directories of organizations listing tens of thousands of organizations, associations, industry groups, clubs, etc. Most of them have some kind of newsletter or regular pub they send to members.

        Ask your reference librarian - you'll make her day and you might be amazed at the stuff she turns up that you either never would have thought of or even knew existed...

          Is this the one you are thinking of John? Gale Catalog - Gale Directory of Publications and Broadcast Media

          I used to buy it (years ago), but it's just too expensive these days ($1,194.25 on Amazon ), but it's usually to be found in libraries.

        Paul, thanks for the reminder about Writer's Market. Just had a look and it seems they are selling the 2012 Writer's Market Deluxe Edition for $30 on Amazon and that includes 1 full year membership on writersmarket.com ($39.95 annual)

          That is actually a sweet deal, since the regular rate for writersmarket.com is $5.99 per month. (and as you said, $39.95 annual)

            Absolutely. It's another one of those no-brainer deals. Which works out perfectly, as my wallet felt around $30 too heavy today...

    Anyway, I am in the real estate niche dealing with homeowners seeking to sell their home, homebuyers, investors in the offline world.

    Expensive in comparison to what?

    LOL

    Isnare will distribute your articles for around $2 an article.

    Fast Submit Articles charges around $6 an article.

    Submit Your Article charges in the range of $8 an article.

    WL Marketing charges according to how many article directories they send your article. Submitting an article to 100 article directories costs $15 an article. Submitting an article to 500 article directories is $60.

    The Phantom Writers charges $35 for one article syndication, and $200 for ten articles to be syndicated.

    Article Marketing Experts charges $395 for the syndication of one article, and $700 to syndicate 3 articles. (Get Published On Top Websites, Blogs, Ezines, Forums - For Less!)

    PR PR net charges $1500 to syndicate one article. (Trade Industry - PR/PR Public Relations)

    LOL

    It sure changes one's perception about what is "expensive", when you have all of the facts on the table, doesn't it?

    Alexa is right. The Phantom Writers is a very different service from Isnare, Fast Submit Articles, Submit Your Article, WL Marketing, and the others that you mentioned above.

    Yet, it is not at the same level of Article Marketing Experts or PR PR net either. :p

    Well, let me take a step back, it is probably worth while trying and taking a chance being that it may reach someone that I could not reach ......hummmm

    Thanks

    Yes, Alexa has been successful without The Phantom Writers, and you can be successful with article marketing without my help too.

    One of my clients is in the exact same industry you are in. He utilizes my service to promote his Lead Gen sites for his real estate business.

    He has been very happy with my service.

    The Phantom Writers seeks to get your articles published in authority websites and newsletters that have large audiences.

    Link building is not the main benefit, but an extra benefit.

    Provided you bring me quality content, then you should find my system to be profitable and worth your time and money.

    Not every article will be a winner, but enough of them can win big enough to more than compensate for the higher cost of my service.

    Especially in your industry.

    I know you are making really good money per transaction, so you won't need too many new customers to allow my service to pay for itself.

    My other client in your industry earns anywhere from $400 to $5000 per transaction. How about you?

    In addition to my service, he is also using PR PR net. He is paying his writer $525 to write the article, and he is paying PR PR net $1500 to syndicate it.

    Maybe I should raise my prices.

    The people who have syndicated more than ten articles with my service have done so for only one reason:
    The service pays for itself in the higher value and reward that it brings to their businesses.

    Thanks to everyone, and hope this thread helps those newbies like me just starting the journey with this online business model.

    Hey John...like that fish you caught, I am a fisherman too! It is blue fish season around my way in nyc saw someone pull in a 28 in. blue while I was walking at the beach, did he fight..man they are fighting fish love them for the sport ;>)

    John.......Will look into that source at library I know what you are talking about now, thanks !

    *********

    Hey Bill... spent some time at your site hummm maybe more then some time, lol. What I walked away is more then one thing.

    But... my comments that I made about your prices being expensive unfortunately was before I spent some time at your site. Then the big ah..hah ... came in.

    Until spending some time reading some of your informative stuff, I realized that my thinking about what is a good price for getting your article distributed was one of ignorance!

    My humble apology, I was totally wrong and recognize it now, so my apology for the comments made concerning your pricing structure, for your type of article distribution services.

    Now I know that there is a difference between article distribution services, one that just distributes to article directories and others like yourself that also do that - but also distributes to a private list of publishers looking for content... wow !

    The difference between your service and article distribution software, or other services is Day & Night ! I can either go for a ride on a Volkswagen or go for a ride on Mercedes !

    Bill now I understand the difference will be trying your service in the near future as soon as the dust settles with my research on article marketing and sydication, know more now then 4 days ago and still need to read more on this subject matter before I put on my back jet pack and take off

    This is powerful on what you provide, now I understand the value and why your price is higher in comparison to other services.

    In fact if I am not careful what may be cheaper, may result as a very costly mistake in........ " losses of potential earnings "...as opposed to just paying more upfront for a more serious service that delivers your article to ready publishers who have personally joined your list to be notified of articles of interest to them.

    ( YES BILL...NOW I UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE AND HOPE MY MISTAKE IS AN EYE OPENER AND SAVES OTHERS TIME )

    *******************

    Hey Bill..question now that I understand you are in a different league... and that my chances for syndication increase with services such as yours, does it make sense to submit to a place like yours and in addition also to all the directories that isnare offers to increase my chances of getting picked up for syndication or do you also submit to the same places like Isnare does so need for me to submit to them confused about them some what still

    And Bill what do you think are the top article directories out there regardless period. I know some people have success in over the other, depending on their niche )

    Thanks for your information at your site that has helped me make sense of many things involving article syndication....

      That's one of them, thanks. The other big one is called "The Directory of Associations", which lists thousands of clubs, business associations, professional groups, and so on. Many of them also publish newsletters.
