How can I find out what company did this sales page?

That is the last type of sales page template I'd want to use... the hype is blinding.

The dreadful "get-rich-quickly" graphics are an instant turn-off, and the testimonials look false; made up names with no links

yes. well this is the real estate investing education niche, and people fall for that, especially disenfranchised recently unemployed folks who want to "get rich in real estate". YES you can make a lot of money in Real Estate, I do it for a living myself, BUT, you have to know what you are doing, AND it's a lot of work,know how, you have to have a team of people, title companies, etc to do it. these "gurus" selling this crap is just wrong, they make it seem so easy, "anyone can do it". well, yea, anyone can be an air traffic controller too, but they have to go to school for years, have excellent hearing and vision, and be "cut out for it". same with RE. 95% of the population is NOT cut out to be an entrepreneur, or internet marketer for that matter. Its a special breed of people and character, but of course gurus do not tell you that. It's "easy" "simple" "just follow our easy steps" "1,2,3". Misleading and wrong. FTC having a field day right now with these sites and gurus, as they should be!

Yeah - he is definitely in the Real Estate stuff. Has a TV series and everything. I watched a few episodes. It was reasonably entertaining.

I watched a biography show about him not too long ago and was blown away by the act that he is actually quite a humble, cool guy - and he's been pretty savvy with his business stuff (unlike a LOT of one-hit-wonder types).

LOL, yes he is, and has been for many years. I also am a real estate investor for the past few years. It's a great game to be in right now IF you know what you are doing. What happened is (and I've done the same) is that people who were successful in the business, flipping houses, or wholesaling, all that "make money in real estate with no money or credit" stuff is true. What happened is these guys that were on all these flip this house shows, realized that from their own home they can SELL THEIR INFORMATION to suckers, I mean people at home to do the same thing. They became internet marketing "gurus" in real estate education niche. Its huge. I did it myself here locally in chicago. ALl you have to do is have a good presentation, show others that you actually CLOSED deals and made money, and they too can be rich. My profile name here was our website, I since closed it down because the FTC is having a field day with real estate investing education guru sites and some people are in some big trouble. It also draws attention to your business, and agents today are looking for any reason to shut someone down, or fine them, or put them in jail for doing bad, wrong, illegal, re deals. Personally I think they should be putting the same time, money, and energy into stopping the illegal drug trade, violent crimes and child molesters, but hey...

yea so i saw that vanilla ice launched this site, and im sure he will make an extra million or so (literally) from selling his "info" and his "mentor programs" and then he will go on a tour, fill up convention halls in hotels across the country where people will buy his stuff like hot cakes. then he wont have to hammer another nail again, he just keeps selling the same info, but repackaging it and booking more gigs. Awsome isn't it??!!!
