Competition wants me to create a web site?

Hey guys,
Kind of funny story here. I have a web site that is currently 1 month old where I sell my SEO services. I've been selling my services on freelance web sites and so far got good reviews.
The other day I get an e-mail:
"I absolutely love what you did to your web site. We'd like you to recreate the same web site for us"
From: Your competition

I did a little research and the web site that contacted me was sold on flippa for $600 not that long ago. It's in the same niche, but it doesn't rank anywhere on google.

So, my thought was, ok I'll create it, but I'll change everything because I want to keep my design unique, but nooooooooo they want everything EXACT, same logo, same layout even pictures ... I told them I will not do that, they will have different logo, different color scheme, but I'll use same layout.

Now, they look like they don't know what they are doing by judging their web site, so I don't know if they'll be successful in the niche.

In your opinion should I do it or tell them to F off?

    No. Don't do it.

    Google doesn't like identical content and odds are that site will even steal or spin the text of your current site.

    Don't do it. Either sell your current site to them or move on to the next customer.

      why the heck would they want the same logo though. lol. I can understand color scheme...

      Anyway, I'd probably just take the money, sounds like a competitor who may not be around too long anyway.

        Yup, easy money. If Google dinged you for same website designs then WordPress would be useless.
