A lot of things help me turn on for work but mostly the fact that i want to make it and be even more successful.

Right now, I have 3 specific things that motivate and inspire me to work each day.

1. To continue the lifestyle myself and my family have enjoyed over the last year or so. We're by no means rich, but live fairly comfortably, especially in comparison to the past.

2. To have enough money to move house to a nicer area and with an extra bedroom that we will use for an office. Our 'office' is either our bedroom or living room at the moment, and has been since I got into IM

3. To go on another cruise next summer. We had a very good year this year, and sold our biggest earning site. With some of the money from the sale, we went on a mediterranean cruise. It was something I had dreamed of doing. Next year, we want to take my parents with us

My laptop desktop wallpaper is the cruise ship we were on, it inspires me every time I see it.

Those are the things I really want, and in my opinion you need strong, specific motivators like that to make sure you can stay focused. At least, I do anyway.

At the start of my work day, I often browse and post here too. It eases me into the 'IM mindset'

No not really I just like to work for the most part. So I just do so almost all the time. Not sure as to why really but all I do is some kind of work. It doesnt matter if it is just looking for an offer to promote or writing a new page ext. ext. I just keep my self busy.

I actually got the idea from the following thread a couple of years ago. Not sure why it was closed, but I highly recommend it. I posted a pic of my deskop at the time on page 4, and although it took me around a year to reach the financial goal I set, in the time since I have got almost everything in the pics

I completely believe in writing down/creating images of your dreams and goals, and I agree with you that doing so will help make them happen.

Well for me I have a service business, and knowing when customers buy my services and I see the money in my account always drives me to do more. I am going travelling in April so I am trying to make money now for that 2 month trip which gives me the inspiration.
