Please Suggest me Market Value of 3 years old Domain

I Have Domain name of total 8 Words. and last four Ending Words are "LOAN" its on XXXXloan.com
I have Page Rank 1 and Daily Traffic from google is 150 -200 USA visitors.
I have Installed Blog Now . Usually Site contains Insurance and Financial Post.

Now Warrior in how much Amount should i sell please reply .

    It depends on how targeted your visitors are and what intention they have.

    If you can prove that these visitors are in the market for a loan you are sitting on a goldmine.

    On the other hand if you are just getting stray hits your site is not worth much.

    How to "prove" the visitor value?

    Best proof would be to sell the actual product and then say "I have 150 to 200 visitors from which an average of 10 actually buy and make $1,000 profit per day..."

    Next best option: Put up a sign up form for a newsletter or free report and then you can say:" 150 to 200 visitors from which 50 sign up for my newsletter about bla ... every day.."

    Next best: slam some ads on the page and show that you make some kind of money:"... jsy had Adsense up for 2 day but made an average of $bla per day..."

    As it stands now, I think $50 may be a little much. Do you mean the domain itself is 8 words, like: this-is-my-best-domain-i-own-it.com? Something like that would be a little long, and unless the domain is catchy, I don't know if anyone would want it. If you mean letters, then that's not too bad.

    The daily traffic isn't bad, but try to promote it. Once you start making $1-$2 from AdSense a day, then try selling it. People like seeing money-making potential, and are willing to pay for sites that are already making money without any effort.

    Hi

    I seem to recall Google has stated they will never recognize more than 5 words in a domain. Any domain with more than 5 keywords will only have 5 counted by Google for SEO.

    I can't find the source right now, but I think it was in a video or blog post by Matt Cutts during an SEO discussion.

      I think it's clear that the OP is mixing up words and letters. OP means letters, not words, I presume from this -

      It's impossible for someone to accurately value your domain in this manner. Ask the market what they are willing to pay for it.

      freeloan.com will have a totally different value to bestloan.com or homeloan.com or foneloan.com which will also have different values.

        Doh! Thanks... LOL Okay it is late here (on vacation in BC) and my brain is still smoldering in Eastern time

            Well, then, analyze those that sold for 5k and you'll have the answer to this question. More likely than not, they were sites that were generating revenue to support such a price.
