How do you thank people for their post?

I am clearly a newbie and have wanted to thank people for their posts, but don't know how. Can anyone clue me in? I will thank you if you do - LOL.

    There is a thanks button on the bottom of each post, farthest right.

    Four black buttons: 'Quote' 'Multiquote' 'Quick Reply' and 'Thanks'. Just press the 'thanks' button and you're good to go!

    There are "Quote" "Multiquote" "Quick Reply" and "Thanks" buttons at the bottom left corner of every post. And if you want to thank people, just click on the "Thanks" button.

    Dan is correct. I did a quick image capture that you can click on so you can see right where it is.

    I also think you need a certain amount of posts before it appears for you to use. Not sure of the number though!

      You need at least five posts, if I remember right. It might be ten.

        Don't listen to all these people with their "Thanks" button. If you REALLY want to thank someone then a big box of chocolates or a six pack of their favorite beverage should do the trick. By the way didn't you mention that you would "thank" someone for clueing you in?
