Does Article Syndication Works Like Wonders?

Hi Everyone.

I just want to introduce, I am new here to Warrior. I have been in other forums but just registered for Warrior. I am keen learner of new things and feel myself happy to play around with all the new things.

I recently happen to read from one of software that Article Syndication is the powerful way to get back links and thus get better ranking, I then just analyzed and played around and I feel that there is something in Article Syndication.

If you really do the syndication in a very professional and intelligent way then it would definitely gives you results as desired.

Based on the whole guide from the software, I found myself in complete confusion as it is said after Panda that articles mere dead. So whether to try out the article syndication or not, this is my question. I then started to search for answers through different forums. I am not able to get the exact answer what I need.

Just a thought, did anyone of you have been using Article Syndication? If yes then are you seeing improvements in your ranking?

If you are using Article Syndication then what would be your tips and guide to me so that I can give it a try?

If you feel that articles no more work then please leave me frank opinion so that it would be more beneficial to me.

    Articles definitely work. Article writing has been around longer than the internet and is one of the oldest ways of spreading content and creating biz. The way I do it is simple. I outsource the articles to be written and have them submitted to directories. I like Unique Article Wizard as the submission software, regardless of opinion it works best for me. Also this method saves lots of time and results in traffic.

    That happens to be true, but it isn't the main purpose of article syndication, at all.

    And it certainly isn't something done with software or automation.

    Article syndication is about attracting targeted traffic, not intrinsically about SEO and rankings. However, it is true that the syndication of articles to relevant web sites does also typically produce SEO benefits which are dramatically superior to any that can be produced by automation or software.

    It's an area in which the terminology's a little confusing, though, sometimes, because some of the people who are actually selling backlinking services have now started claiming to be "article syndicators" in an attempt to give their services a little additional credibility.

    Their idea of an "article", though, isn't anything that an article marketer would usually recognise as an article. It's typically "a short chunk of keyword-optimised text to which backlinks can be attached and who cares whether anyone can or will actually read it because it's only written for search engines anyway": that may be a branch of SEO, but it certainly isn't article marketing.

      Hi,

      I haven't stated any where about the software, I just happened to read the article from them. I always prefer to play safe with it comes to SEO. And you are right that we can not put sands in the eyes of google.

      But as You know backlinks are backbone of any SEO, at the same time it should be carried out safely. But what are the best methods we can follow this is what I have been looking out.

      What are you talking about? Please, before you reply, make sure you have the knowledge and factual evidence to back up any statements you make, because the assertion you have just put forward is totally wrong.

      There are many people here who use article syndication in the manner Alexa has so meticulously described above, as the backbone of our online businesses. I think I speak for many of us here when I say we would not be where are today without article syndication.

    Well, I think the term Syndication has been referred by the members in different way. As I though the Article Syndication is something like this in simple way:

    1) Write a Unique content on a particular topic.
    2) Spin it to about 70 to 90% uniqueness.
    3) Submit the articles to article sites on daily, weekly or monthly basis as needed.
    4) Keep watching for the movement in Traffic and Ranking.

    As I understand this is what simple term of Article Syndication and Distribution means, and by doing this I do not think the G will penalize as it is all natural type links.

      Spinning and mass submission have absolutely nothing to do with the syndication model of article marketing at all, Varsrad: they couldn't really be more opposed in purpose, design and outcome. One is a method of getting high quality articles in front of highly targeted traffic. The other is an SEO-based attempt at amassing huge numbers of ultra-low-quality, irrelevant backlinks.

      All of the threads linked to above will explain this to you, really clearly, if you just read them. This post from about an hour ago might also clarify it for you

    I do article syndication all the time and like they said above it works for me. Make sure you know what you're doing with it. If you don't it could hurt your business, but if done right it really does work.

    I am continuing to rank many pages on page 1 mostly from article syndication.
    I personally love AMA (article marketing automation).

    You get to place 3 links and a video in each article. I will rank a video
    and send the links to:
    - The Home Page
    - The Target Page
    - A Squidoo Lens

    This way I can get 3 listings on page 1.

      The main disadvantage of writing only for SEO is that keywords have limited monthly searches, even when a site is ranking #1. The leverage obtained in article syndication can far surpass the search engines in both traffic quality and quantity. For example, none of my sites rank within any practical sense in the SERPs due to very intense competition for keywords. But strategic placement of articles, directly targeting readers in virtually unlimited outlets, effectively bypasses top-ranking websites. This model, article syndication, is dramatically effective in the most hotly competitive (and most lucrative) niches.
