Backlink gone wrong.

I did some backlinking couple of days and I added one backlink as "comment" on countryuniverse.net. However, when I check my site with backlinkwatcher it gets 168 backlinks from that site.
It looks very suspicious since I have a new site and I do not want to get sandboxed by google. How can I delete my backlink from there? It's very weird.

Should I be worried about that? (added screenshotjpeg)

  • you can just email them and ask, but I wouldn't even bother, it's unlikely to hurt you... if you do enough backlinking this kind of stuff actually happens a lot.
  • Think your comment was just put on the "Latest Comments" widget, which is on a lot of their pages hence all the backlinks
  • Don't worry about it. As Tempest says, you were probably put onto a "recent comments" widget. Your link will vanish as more people comment.
  • Be a litle patient and don' worry , web tempest is right , is at latest comments for know and after more people will add comments it will disappear from there.
    So it isn't that wrong man...
  • The same thing happened to me. I have like 900 backlinks from commenting on one blog post. It's really strange. I don't see my post in the "recent comments" section either and I made this post weeks ago. However, the number of backlinks is multiplying everyday. The backlinks are only on Yahoo, not Google or Bing.
