Advice - Pursue or Sell?

Well I screwed up this summer and had a few websites on page 1 of google. I made a few bucks and then some things happened and I couldn't keep up with IM temporarily. I stopped paying my webhosting which in turn lost my Google rankings (for obvious reasons).

So should I just get rid of those sites and sell them on Flippa? Or should I try to get them back up to page 1 on Google?

They are all indexed still but none of them are even in the top 10 pages of Google. 3 websites in total.

    I'd get the rankings back. They won't be worth a whole lot on Flippa without that.
