How To Optimize a Website With Ten Thousands of Pages?

Hi Guys,
I have a website which has ten thousands of pages. My problem is how do I optimize all of those in the title, and meta tags? Also how to optimize the rest of the page if possible?

It would be way too time consuming to do this one by one manually so is there a program/software out there that is good to optimize big websites like this in a more scaleable way (automatic or something)?

How to go about this?

Your feedback is greatly appreciated?

    I do not know of a current program, but it would not be too hard to write a simple program that could read in each page and then figure out the best keywords for the page based off your list of keywords you are trying to rank for and the current text on the page. The program would then update the title and meta tags.

    You could easily have this outsourced for no more than $200.

    I would be interested in writing the program for you in C# or php.
    Since it seems like a fun project and this is the warrior forum and I have not given back in awhile so I would be willing to do this for FREE, but it may take me a week or two to complete as I do have some other priorities. So if you are not in an immediate rush to get this done I would be glad to help.

    Otherwise outsourcing this would be the way to go.
