How to make an authority ecom store?

Hey there, I was wondering how to create an authority ecom site, which deals with a broder market.

I have seen some courses like Niche blueprint by steven clayton and some others although they are very good, all of them teach you to make a niche site not authority site.

I also don't fully understand how an authority site should look.

The problem with niche site is that the scope is pretty limited and so are the customers.

Can anybody give me some tips or just point me towards a right course?

    Actually there are a couple of huge benefits that make niche sites way better...

    You get generally higher conversions on niche sites because people are looking for something specific, instead of just browsing.

    Its easier to get a website to number one for three keywords, instead of 50 (for an authority site)

    You can easily build up a store to profit, and then sell it for a massive amount of money...

    The are quicker, and easier to set up... which means if they fail, you have not wasted too much time and effort.


    Dont forget, even AMAZON started as a niche store... just selling books... then they added dvd's, then cd's, then everything else..

    So start as a niche store ANYWAY... and if its already very successful, then carry on building it out IF YOU WANT!

    But like I said, when and if you do that, your conversions will suffer..... you dont want browsers, you want buyers....

    if you give people to many options, they wont know what to decide!!!

    Thats why niche e-com stores work so well.

    There are many e commerce script available. Magneto is very famous free script . They have free trial . You can also build e commerce website on wordpress and joomla using various plugins .
