How do you feel about the possibility of someone performing a publicity stunt to draw extra attention to their web presence?

Do you have a large enough of an audience to create a stir in more traditional sources of media such as TV and newspapers?

Not like go daddy, but creating an event online that propagates outwards?

    You could always get someone to write your website across their back and streak a major event.

    You could always pay someone an insane amount of money to legally change their name to your URL and call all the networks.

    Another idea along the same lines is linkbait.

    Write something intentionally controversial and get traffic to it with social media sites as people will be interested in what you wrote and then your blog post/article whatever could go viral and get more traffic to your site.
