Changing the Script of Free Classifieds

Hi Guys,

I need your help on my website, I was planning to implement wordpress for my Free Classified website right now its on PHP, my ranking on google.com is on 3rd page and on google.co.in is on 2nd page 1st ranking.

What I want to know is if I change the script and start with new, will it effect my google ranking, will my ranking go down ?

I am aware that my organic traffic is going to get affected because of the links which are indexed by google wont be searchable anymore because of the new script.

Can you guess give your suggestions on this.

    You can buy a standalone craigslist clone script for little money, wordpress really has no redeeming qualities for this application.

    Perhaps a WP blog in a directory could help targeted kw ranking, like tips for placing advertizements, garage sale asadvive, etc.
