A sure-fire way of making a quick buck... or a lotta quick bucks...

I haven't had a chance to post much on the warrior forum, but I've been doing Internet Marketing for a while... and recently developed a product which became pretty popular (SEnuke)... and I just thought of a pretty sweet method of making some quick cash online... so figured why not post about it here?
I had read of this method a while ago... but it involved buying PPC ads so it was a little risky for me at the time... but just today I thought of a pretty sweet variation of it...
The method involves ranking for low-competition phrases that are getting "hot" in google search trends using Web 2.0 properties.
So let's get to it, shall we....
An Internet marketer by the name of Jeremy Estes posted about how he made $600 in 12 MINUTES (or something similiar) using a variation of this technique some time ago...
Here's how he did it:
He was browsing Google hot trends and saw a rise in search volume for terms such as "TI convicted to jail", "TI went to prison". As most of you know, TI is a rapper, and he has a pretty large following. So when TI was convicted of something and was sent to jail, this created a huge buzz online.
So what Jeremy Estes did was he bought PPC ads for search terms like "TI convicted to jail", "TI went to prison". So he paid Google to be in the sponsored listings for these search terms. And in his landing page he wrote something simple like "Do you think TI was wrongly convicted? Choose Yes or No to get 25 free TI ringtones!"
The free ringtones was actually a CPA offer! Regardless of whether the person chose Yes or No, they got sent to that CPA offer! And for every person who signed up for that ringtone website to get free ringtones... he got paid!
And he got paid quite a bit!
It's beautifully simple isn't it... find a hot market... (in this case a hot keyword on google trends) and find an accompanying CPA and affiliate offer thinking about the people who would be searching for that keyword... what are they interested in... what could you sell them.
Combine the two and you have a solid money maker! Now create Squidoo lenses, hubpages, wikispaces, quizilla pages, blogger blogs, wordpress blogs... anything that ranks fast.... and ping them.
Not only will you probably have the #1 position for this low-competition phrase that just started going crazy in search volume within 12 hours, you will also possibly have half a dozen OTHER positions on the first page!
Think of how much traffic you can syphon! (Jeremy estes only got a fraction of the traffic that this Web 2.0 technique can get for you because he bought PPC ads, which do not get clicked on very much, as compared to natural search listings...)
... also Jeremy took a gamble by buying PPC ads on such a high volume keyword... what if the CPA offer didn't convert? He'd have thousands of clicks in a short amount of time... which he would have to pay for, but he would've made no money from the CPA offers!
Lucky for us, we don't pay anything for clicks from these Web 2.0 properties!!
So what do you have to lose, really?
Now my software SEnuke DOES automate almost all of this, but I'm not posting this as advetisement, I'm posting this because IT CAN BE DONE WITHOUT SEnuke! It will just take longer to build these Web 2.0 properties.
And I know from experience that these Web 2.0 properties rank REALLY easily for low-competition phrases AND they rank REALLY fast!
Now these listings might not stay there for a year... that would require more work... but who cares, the high traffic volume will only last a couple of days anyway
