So many tools are available on Internet, But most of the toll are give you wrong price worth. Because they count by software to using alexa ranking. If you want real price of your site, than go to website selling provider and submit your site for bid.

Now you can sell easy-webgraphics.com on flippa for a good price adn sometimes people pay double there and sometimes not.

It all depends on the auction, time etc., but your site seems to be a good investment and with the time the site is getting more expensive :-))

Mike according to THAT site, my site's worth about $200,000 and change.

I don't know how accurate that really is. I think the rule of thumb is 3 years
income to determine a site's true value. If that's so, it's still a bit undervalued
but I'd probably sell it for 200K just to be rid of the headaches.

Basing it on my yearly income, I can honestly say my website (used a couple of
sources) is terribly undervalued and I would never in a million years sell it for
that little.

So take these tools with a grain of salt because they can be inaccurate in
either direction as I have other sites that there is no way they're worth any
where near that much.
