What is the best PLR makeover course out there?

I'm looking into product making and launching.

I have purchased some PLR makeover courses, but they are containing with only with some quick fixings like "change the title, change the cover graphics, put your name and bang". I don't think this is a real makeover.

What is the best PLR makeover course out there?

I mean the one that shows step by step from choosing PLR to reworking it and turning it into money making product.

    I would be surprised to find out there is one like that, because what you are describing is a composition and editing course. And I suspect that is not what many people are looking for.

    I am rewriting a series of books right now and my process is pretty much:

    1. Read the material a couple of times
    2. Make an outline of the most important points
    3. Rewrite the material from the original

    That is about all you can do with that because the other way you are describing about slapping a new title on it and that stuff won't work very well for anything more than an article or two. You can't upload that stuff to Kindle anymore and I suspect it won't be long before Createspace is out as well.

    Yes people are often looking for very quick way to launch a product, and as answer to it, there's a lot of PLR courses that just teaching "buy a PLR, change its title, its cover graphics, and put your name, and bang, you have new product you can sell and make six figure income from". And I don't think it works.

    I think your outline was good.

    I'm wondering, if you rewrite and rework a PLR ebook 100 %, could you have a copyright for it, or is it still PLR?

      I suspect it would depend on the rights that came with your original purchase, some specifically exclude that right of claiming copyright. But if that is not addressed in your original rights document, you could probably do that.

      Sometimes the rights documents aslo speel out conditions under wich you can claim copyright, things like changing a certain percentage of the original material or rewriting it so nobody can tell what you used as source material.

    That's the basic pattern to follow really...

    I could point you towards one but it might seem promotional

    Anyways, which steps are you having trouble with? Because you seem to have the knowledge needed as far as the steps go...

    Do you have a hard time finding graphics? reworking the PLR? or how to add extra value?

    One tip I can give you is to add extreme value to your PLR products by turning them into OTHER products... meaning turn a pdf into a video, that the video and extract the audio, make a mindmap... BOOM - completely different but VALUABLE product

    @Coby: I mean to turn a PLR into a whole different and better/valuable product that you could sell. Also product making with PLR.

    Of course, turning a PLR into own product consists of several small changes, but I think it's more than just small fixings like cover, title, layout, etc.

    I mean a step by step rewriting solution of PLR.

    The most thorough and informative PLR Makeover course out there, IMHO, is this : Your PLR Makeover (mods this is not my product nor am I an affiliate for this product).

    You also get the option to buy either a Resell Rights license or a PLR license so you can sell the product as your own if you wish.
