Any PR Building services out there?

Say I wanted to build a brand new website (social bookmarking / article site / directory etc) on a brand new domain and I wanted that site to raise in PR - any there any services out there that can take that brand new site and get some PR to it? I don't care about traffic or serps rating as this would be for a private network of sites - the sites just need some Page Rank and more importantly, they need to KEEP it over time.

I don't want to do the work myself, I just want to build the sites and have someone else do the work to get some PageRank to those sites. The higher PR the better obviously, but even PR1 would do if it sticks.

Does anyone offer such a service?

    You should as in the seo section of the forum. What you'll probably find is lots of people telling you WSOs and link building services that you can buy. Most of them rely on blasting massive amounts of other people's websites to get your links and I'd be surprised if you got a decent PR from any of them without having to wait at least 6 months.

    It used to be easy to do this just by publishing articles regularly on the top sites but that doesn't work these days so you'll need someone who either has their own network of high PR sites or actually knows how to get good links.

    Most services (especially of the "get 10,000 links" type) will not get you a good PR because they're low value links.

    Yes we do PR Building.

    For 1 link on a PR1 website we charge $1 and you will have less than 20 outbound links.

    For 1 link on a PR5 website, we charge you $5 and you will have less than 20 outbound links.
    Plus the links are there for lifetime.

    To gain an increase in PR the backlinks you gather must be relevant to your site's content and preferably a higher PR than your own site. Look for website and blog networks relevant to your own site.

    and do a redirect to your sites, to pass the link authority and,
    subsequently, the PR to your sites,
