Question to YouTube experts

Hello,
let me introduce the following business idea:

There are thousands of medium sized YouTube channels (20000 views each video). Many of the channel owners want to earn money.

Im the one who is the intermediary between real companies and the YouTube channel owners.

The YouTube channel owner agrees to make 2 minutes of his next video about the product of a company. Like "This product is awesome" or more subtle, by placing the product in the back of the video, or even mentioning it as part of storyline of the video.

I find companies that want to advertise online and that are willing to pay 1000$ to get featured in a famous YouTube channel.

I have developed a network of YouTube channel owners that are willing to promote company products.

I get paid for making the contact between the company and the YouTube channel owner, because alone a company will never find a suitable YouTube channel owner that is willing to promote a product (it would take too much time to research, which I have already done for them).

What do you think about this idea, Ive just finished my bachelor degree in business and next to my 9/5 job Ive got lots of time to spend on pursuing this idea.

Any help or advice appreciated!
J

This idea might be a good one but it might get tricky sometimes. Because depending on the location of the channel owner, some sort of disclosure might be needed.

If you read this news article about twitter endorsements, you will know what I mean.

Twitter endorsements face OFT clampdown | Technology | The Guardian

Let me quote a sentence from the news article:

the US Federal Trade Commission insists that such endorsements must contain the words "ad" or "spon" to show the reference has been paid for.
