Squidoo no longer allows...

Looks like squidoo no longer allows html anchor text links on their pages
I´m going to makes small sites like wordpress,blogger,squidoo to makes support pages to my main site but if the anchor text is no longer allowed this makes it kind of pointless.

You can of cource still insert standard link by adding a module but this is not as effective right?

What is you take on their new policy?
Old lenses does not seem to be affected

    I just tried it out and can't find any difference. The dofollow anchor text backlinks still work.

    I wonder if Squidoo in some geographical locations has changed? Sounds like the OP knows how to do the anchor text but is not finding that option in Squidoo now.

    I don't know how long you have been away from squidoo, but are you referring to the removal of the HTML editor?...

    If so, then you will be glad to know that you can manually insert HTML into text/write modules..

    Hi Karl...

    I don't know what you're talking about here. I just went to Squidoo
    and started a new lens, and had NO PROBLEM with adding a link with
    anchor text to a simple text module...

    Oh, sorry my mistake, I tried to insert a no follow tags, so that must have been the cause of the problem, removed it and now and all works just fine.
