Is my Squeezepage any good?

Firstly, what you have is NOT a squeeze page at all.

I scrolled all the way down to the bottom of a LONG
page, and guess what?

There's no opt-in box AT ALL.

Sure, there are some links to click through to a sign-up
page but you're asking for people to give their first name,
last name, e-mail address and create a password too.

You'll get more people signing-up if you ask for fewer
details, e.g. e-mail only.

The copy is not very good either and there are too many
colors on the page.

The page is also unfocused as there's too many things
you're offering people.

Focus ONE page on getting people to sign-up and give
them some great reasons for doing so - and it helps if
you put an opt-in form on the page ABOVE the fold.

Really need to add graphics. Would look more trustworthy. Add sign up for too, people are lazy and don't want to keep clicking to find it.

From a designer's perspective, you need a sleek logo/header at the top (not a cheesy one with flying dollar bills).

The ecovers are actually nice, but the overall presentation needs to be improved. PLUS whatever Shaun said above

This really isn't a squeeze page - it's a salesletter for a free membership site.

Is it good? Only you know it's conversion rate, so only you know how good it is.

This is generalizing, but a decent squeeze page can often get a 30%+ conversion rate. With no graphics - just a good headline, perhaps a paragraph, and maybe a handful of bullet points.

edit: If I were a more pessimistic fellow, I'd think you were just trying to get traffic to your site via this post..

I clicked on it an got taken to a form to enter details.

I am a newbie but this is the first time I have seen a form that asked for so many details.

Usually, it's just a first name and email address.

The design and the fact that the form ask for so much detail causes me to hesitate and then close the page.

You never know how good you are doing unless you test it. Use Google Website Optimizer. It's simple and gives you idea where you are. Different versions can bo totally different in performance.

The first point you should keep in mind while building your squeeze page is "Keep It Short & Simple"! You have too many things going on in the page that's very distracting.

Attention span of most visitors is quite low. Until and unless you are doing something extra-ordinary, no-one is going to read it anyways and leave your page in seconds! (I am sorry if I sound rude but that's the truth buddy ).

DO NOT go for all those massive PLR packages. Rather give something that provides some great value to your subscriber, otherwise he/she will just unsubscribe the moment he gets in.

Remember, You have a very short amount of time to capture the attention of your visitor. So always concentrate on the quality rather than the quantity.

Provide something of such value that you could have easily sold out that with a price tag on it. Just give your best possible!

Next important aspect I would to point out is the fact that you do not have the opt-in form on the page. It will be better if you get it on the page itself rather than just giving a link to it.
Also keep as less fields to be filled in as possible, as more fields decreases the opt-in rate. People do not like to provide much information about themselves. Usually the name and the email is enough.

Looks too "old" in my oppinion.It deffinitly needs more graphics , and like others said is not a squeeze page at all..
No opt-in form and is too long for a squeeze page.
For better results try some squeeze page templates and make a short video with an opt-in form in the right of it.

It sucks.

1. Good Squeeze page is suppose to be short, precise and fast for a prospect to make a decision on- yours is as long as a salespage!

2. Your optin process is asking way too much info and too much steps (2 steps is a lot for a squeeze page) - can't you take a few of those out?

3. Graphics is no good.

See how other IMers do theirs and try to model them. Yours look confusing, out of touching and definately could go for some improvements

Definitely too long for a squeeze page, which it isn't. Simple, basic squeeze pages work best for me.

Squeeze pages should satisfy the 10 second rule. If I can read the entire squeeze page in 10 seconds, I am more likely to sign up. All you need is a headline, 3 bullet points and a call to action. No need to make it longer than it needs to be.

1. Shortening the page to just a main title, a few key points and a call to action
2. Putting in a simple opt-in directly on the page
3. Perhaps adding a more interesting logo/header/graphics
4. Look into using a squeeze page template
5. Keep it simple!

Hey, If I was you I would include the signup form on the page. The less work people need to do to get your offer the better. And are you split testing and tracking your results.

A good starting point is to split test a long copy against a short copy. This will help you later down the line when it comes to tweaking for better optin rates.
