Who is using Flow Player with mp4 files?

Seems about 75% of mp4 files I use in flow player, I get the error 200 stream not found. Every flv files works regardless. What are you using to encode your raw .mp4 and play nice with flow player? Just a WP backend using OP and an rtmp plugin for video. Thanks
