Problems with getting refund from Clickbank

Hello, Warriors,
Firstly, please allow me to explain the situation I'm in.

1. I purchased Autoblog Samurai at 30/09/2011 using VISA Debit Card linked wth Kasikorn Bank of Thailand.
2. On the 4th of October, I requested for refund, since the product didn't meet my needs.
3. On the 6th, the ticket was responded and claimed that the money has been refunded to ****0248 debit card.
4. And until now, no trace of money appears.

1. How long does it take if the refund is to accounts outside of US?
2. Is there anything wrong?

Please share your ideas and experiences.

    It may take a few days until it shows up in your credit card statement. If you're in doubt you can contact your bank to see if the money were sent to your card. They should be able to tell, it's done through VISA clearing and settlement system and can be easily checked by the bank staff.

    Its debit card right? Your bank might have a differen policy on refunds made to debit card. Better ask them out.

    It can often take up to 72 hours for a refund to show. However, the merchant doesn't have anything to do with refunds from Clickbank, it's Clickbank that processes it.

    If you contact your credit card company and it still isn't showing then contact Clickbank again. They tend to be very good and I've never had a problem with getting a refund from them.
