Traffic...What happens when it doesnt convert, As An IMer is it More Traffic you Want or More Sales

Well it seams every one is just talking about Traffic generation ....
For Me the real IMer should be looking at Conversion, becasue traffic in itself is not that hard to get... there is more to IM than generating traffic...

I think what we should be focusing on is building a system that really works with little or no effort on (chasing after traffic)

What do you do with the traffic when you get it?
(Monetizing should be the Next trend after all these BS and empty claims, People are tired of getting traffic and making no or less sales: poor conversion)

    Well you need traffic to find out what your conversions are. Newbies don't know how to find traffic so that's why they ask, they probably have NO traffic to see what kind of conversions they will get.

    The point is not just traffic but Targeted traffic, obviously if you send some one looking hemroid cream to an IM product page they aren't going to convert into a sale.

    Traffic is ultimately what it comes down to though is it not? Without traffic, you won't have anything to convert. Just from blind luck you will get sales with enough traffic.

      conversions are the most important factor...

      if your site doesn't convert all the traffic in the world won't help you.

      how do you convert?

      first it depends on the niche, but basically the answer is to fill a need.

      does your site fulfill a need?

      is there money to be made fulfilling this need?

      important questions...

        The number 1 rule, OFFER VALUE ! Everyone is sick of landing on pages that seem to be just after their money. Write a little ebook on the subject and put your affiliate links in that, just make sure it's informative.

        If you dont want to write a book then try these places here, they have loads of ebooks for free that you can rebrand with your own links.

    You can't have conversions without traffic. So, like someone previously stated, it all comes down to traffic.

    The more targeted the traffic is, the better the conversion rate will be (assuming content, layout, sale pitch etc...remain constant).

    So, again, it's all about traffic.

      But what do you do when you have lots of traffic an no sales?

      That is the actual Issue here...

        depends on what you consider, "lots of traffic". Traffic alone should at least give you a sale or two no matter what. Unless your website is broke.

        In your previous posts, you were talking about conversions. Not sales, specifically. Sales are not the only type of conversions.

        You can have the worst content, layout, or whatever else. If you are getting tons of targeted traffic, it will convert one way or another. There are CPA, Adsense and many other things.

        However, you can have the best product, best Adsense place, best incentive to capture a lead, best professional website in the world, and it won't make you a penny without traffic.

    Capturing the information of your site visitor is the primary key to
    Website conversion...

    Because is obvious that sites don't convert visitors to buyers anymore like it was
    way back in 2000-2005 even.... #
    People who visit your site may not come back...

    (Would you be chasing after traffic, if you promote a site that doesn't convert?)
