Which Warriors Have Had The Most Influence On You

The Warrior forum is a great place to learn the nuts and bolts of Internet marketing. There are so many great and helpful people on this forum i thought that maybe people would want to share which Warriors have had the most influence on you.

I thought I would start this thread by picking out a few Warriors that have had a huge impact on my business. i don't consider any of the people I am going to name gurus. I have a lot more respect for each of these people than any guru out there, and their courses do not cost 2000 bucks either.

Here is my list of the Warriors who have had the biggest impact on me personally.

Mark Thompson: I became involved with Mark on a forum called Keyword Avalanche back about 2007. He started a forum called Income Academy which I joined as soon as he started it.

Mark helped form my core beliefs about internet marketing. He was and still is today my biggest influence online.

John Swartz: I met up with John last year and had the opportunity to take some personal coaching from him over the summer. I have never met a more caring person online than John. We have had quite a few conversations on the phone and he has helped me in more ways than he even knows.

Jenn Dize: I had the pleasure of running into Jenn late last year. Her methods helped me have my first real success story online. Jenn used to be a school teacher and it shows. She has the ability to move me out of my comfort zone and doing things I never thought I could do better than anyone else i have learned from.

Dennis Becker: Dennis runs the Earn 1 K A Day forum and has had a big influence on my business. I think I have mostly learned how to treat people from Dennis. Watching him over deliver in his forum is a lesson that most people can learn from.

These 4 Warriors have had a huge impact on my Internet marketing efforts. I hope it will inspire you to share who you have learned from, and how they helped you grow your business.

  • My list is:

Istvan Horvath - he has rapped me over the knuckles on several occasions but my WP Blog is the better for it.

John McCabe - Genuine support and encouragement. I don't feel like a stupid newbie when he writes.

Paul Myers - He's just scary but I have learnt a ton from reading his posts.

Alexa Smith - Her passion for her craft inspires me.

sbucciarel (Suzanne) - she is always the one that answers all my technical questions about website setup.

  • Wow this is a great thread...especially for a newbie such as myself. Finding some successful, honest people very early on can help you tremendously in any career path. I'm surprised this thread hasn't got more activity. @ the op. I am from Louisville also. I'm 21 and just getting my feet wet in this business. I would love to ask you a couple questions. If you could, please PM me your contact info since I do not have enough posts to pm you. Maybe you will be on my list of people who most influenced me!!!
  • I hate to say it but I think the person who has had the most influence on me has been... myself... and I think that is the way it should be. There are a heap of great people on this forum and I have learnt a ton from all of them. But ultimately it was myself who took all that knowledge and applied it... you can't rely on others to make things happen for you and that is one of the biggest lessons I learnt by being a member of this forum.

If YOU are not your biggest influence then I don't think you are working hard enough.

    Here's to taking A.C.T.I.O.N!
    • [ 17 ] Thanks
  • I would give you a list, but I would be bound to forget someone and hurt people's feelings in doing so.

  • My favorites to read are constantly changing. But a few have remained constant: Steven Wagenheim, Alexa Smith, Paul Meyers - shoot now that I'm naming them, there's quite a few. So I better quit now as to not hurt feelings.
  • Allen Says, George Sepich, Bryan Kumar, John Taylor, Paul Myers, Bill Platt, Bev Clement, John Durham, Mr. Unconventional, WiseSpider, Off the top of my head. I know I've left tons off my list.

The common thread I admire most among this bunch is: independent thought. It's a golden ability for a marketer and the above 4 have it in spades.

Of course, independent thought is worthless if you're not brilliant -- which, fortunately, these are.

I look up to him lol
  • Note to self: Get on one of these lists.

I'm seeing a pattern here. I also am a fan of Paul Meyers, John Durham, and Alexa Smith. I regularly run into fantastic advice from them. Whether it's a thread they started or a post on someone else's thread, I try and soak up whatever they have to say. Not only learning from the knowledge they are sharing, but how they conduct themselves on this forum. I think how they contribute is almost as important as what they contribute.

I'm also a fan of Tristan Bull. He doesn't post as often as the others mentioned, but his products have probably helped me more than anyone's so far.

I know I'm forgetting a lot of people. Truth is there are A LOT of great contributors here, these are just the ones I notice the most often.

Edit: Remembered another, Sbucciarel. Right up there with the rest!

Honestly I have probably not been on here long enough but I have already noticed the kindess and help given by many on here and I hope to emulate them all one day.

I have also noticed one or two that brighten up my day and give me a laugh with some of their quirky replies that deserve a mention.

To all the warriors who help and inspire us you have our sincere thanks but I think matlaclear deserves a special mention for a post I recently read where he offered his time and resources to help someone out.

Thanks for the mentions. Appreciate it.

There are so many people here, whether they influenced me or not, that I genuinely like and I know that due to memory lapses, a list will be incomplete and then I'll feel rotten for leaving people I like a lot off the list, so I may edit this list should my memory return

Not only is this a list of people I enjoy reading their posts, but a list of people that I wouldn't hesitate to do business with. People who give real value both to the forum and to their customers. Some provide me with biting sarcasm and humor, which makes my day.

It's so easy to miss someone out by mistake and maybe even inadvertently to offend someone.

Most of the Warriors who have had most influence on me, and for whom I have most respect, have already been mentioned above.

I would add JayXtreme to those lists, albeit that apparently he hasn't posted for a little while. He was very helpful to me, when I started, in learning to differentiate between fact and opinion (and that's a really useful skill, when you're trying to learn something!).

Now, it should be noted that the word influence has several meanings. I have included friends, those who make me think, those who often drive me nuts, and those who get me to take one action or another.

My apologies to the dozens of Warriors I didn't think of off the top of my head. There are many more that I have forgotten than I have remembered, as is the case with any such list.

  • There are really too many to list.

But there are a couple that have had the biggest impact for me...

Willie Crawford has been one of my top 2 biggest influences on this forum.

Our marketing styles aren't similar overall, but there are some things he's said that I've taken and ran with and made tens of thousands of dollars from.

Then there's Matt Bacak who doesn't really come to the forum very often, but I actually met him through the forum in 2008.

There are quite a few things I've learned from him about generating leads, testing, running customer service on a big scale, product launches, affiliate recruiting, backend selling, sales funnels, working with a team, and just putting what's working for you on steroids.

If it weren't for those 2 guys, then I know I'd still be painting houses, doing construction, or teaching guitar.

But basically I get influenced every day I come on the forum and read around. It's been a positive influence on me and I consider this forum to be my roots... That's probably why I indirectly promote Warrior Forum every single day to a whole lot of marketers who have never been on this site before...

You get a lot of bad advice here, but all-in-all most Warriors pretty much mean well. And you also sometimes come across little bits and pieces of advice that stick with you and help mold your business.
  • Why I am right honored to be mentioned in this here thread by Suzanne and Ken but I do have to tell you that I HAVE NOT caused ANY folks to get influenza! I warsh my hands at least once a week! So while Suzanne and Ken might has been influenzaed, it tweren't ole Thad what caused it!

Drive him nuts where? You DO be knowin that they go wherever HE goes don't ya? They is attached!

Whoo weee, Michael is a pirate!

I just cain't believe that Mr. Wright didn't mention ole Thad here. Why I have practically turned him into a hillbilly magnet! I shore am saddened by this inadvertant misallocation!

Wellsir, I shore do not mind tellin ya that I am a little concerned about this here one! I look at that picture of ole Kenneth and I get to wonderin what I done to cause that!

I also cain't believe that Ms. Hagel would forget ole That either!

I would also like to be sayin that I find Ms Alexa Smith mighty fascinatin cause she goes and changes her pictures about as often as ole Thad changes his drawers; well, actually, she changes her pictures a whole lot MORE than ole Thad changes his drawers but whose countin anyway?

Now, in all bein honest, I gots to mention that one fellar who has made me what I am today... Chris W. Sutton. Why that there fellar has had more influenza on me that any other folks out there. He is like a brother to me. We be like two peas in a pod. We are like two drips out of the faucet. We are like two dog piddles on a fire hydrant. We is moonshine blood brothers!

I gots to be goin now cause I got a batch of, ummm, projectile dysfunction elixer on the fire. Ya'll come on back now hear?

    • I can't believe you even said that, Thad. You broke my heart, remember? You don't take my calls, you don't write, you don't even acknowledge me when I stalk you around town.

And you think you're going to show up on my list? Yeah, right. I'm moving on. I hope you can do the same.

      Becky
      • [ 2 ] Thanks
    • Thad,

I would never put you or your favorite Chris Sutton on a list with other people. You for obvious reasons and Chris because he has more than influenced me, he has helped me out of a jam, a jam that could have cost me big time, anyway that's another story and I have to stop before I get all teary eyed.

Perhaps you remember Bob Barker. When did you ever see him "Missing?"

The answer is he was always missing when lists of Game Show Hosts came up or when Game show hosts gathered together.

Why was he missing? Because he was one of a Kind.

You and Chris are truly One of a Kind.

George always an Okie Wright (does an okie count as being a HillBilly?)
  • I am new here but hope to have my name on your lists someday. I've seen posts from some of the folks mentioned by various people and I have to admit, they do go out of their way to lend a hand. That's inspiring!
  • My list would be

    Tiffany Dow
    Peggy Baron
    Ruth P
    Alexa Smith

  • awww no Whos That Guru anywhere on these

oh well, I suppose in time I might make someone's list.

But to answer the question, I'd have to agree with the person who said "myself"
  • Just about everyone on here listed in the posts above. Helpful warriors and irksome warriors alike have all impacted me in their own ways.

    What a great place.
  • 1) Knights: The important lesson here is that there is such a thing as over-protection. Suits of armor were good against more primitive weapons, but they were bulky and heavy. If you fell on your back, you might be stuck or, worse, more easily killed. The business lesson is that you want flexible protection that's not going to slow you down.

    2) Ninjas: Sometimes, you don't want to have a strong show of force. You just want to be stealthy and undermine your competitors without them even knowing you were there.

    3) Roman Legions: They were well-armed and highly disciplined. They built an empire that nearly spanned the known world at the time. With the right tools and discipline, your business can conquer the world!

    4) Mongols: People think they were savages, but they were highly skilled and disciplined. Their skills let them do things like shoot arrows accurately while riding on a horse. The business lesson is that you can have much success if you utilize highly skilled people and keep them well focused.

    5) Vikings: The Viking warriors were all about war. Even the Viking afterlife was centered around endless battle. They pillaged and terrorized countless cities and villages. But, they also explored (for new places to conquer) and were also decent traders. The lesson is to know when to vanquish your enemies and when to sell them stuff.

One thing that all these warriors shared was discipline. The discipline to hone their skills and focus on the task at hand. Whether your battles are on the battlefield or in business, discipline is a key component in your success or failure.

  • Dang ... I obviously need to post more (again) on the WF ...
    I'm feeling missed ...

Great choices ... and, like Bill Platt says -- if I made a list I'd undoubtedly leave someone out.

However, the folks who have had major and signficant influences on me especially this year are:
    George Sepich
    Dr. Ben Adkins (Thirty3Down)
    Shay Rockhold
    Michelle Spiva
    Caliban Darklock
    Justin Wheeler
    Donald Wilson
    Ed Akehurst and Martha Mayo
Oz (sms warrior -- and the sms does NOT stand for text messaging, I just recently found out...)
    Dennis Becker and Rachel Rofe
    Bill Platt
    Brian McLeod
    Sam England
    Tracy Needham
    Tim Castleman
Colleen "Amazon Treasure Chest" Slater (aka "60minuteaffiliate")
    Maria Gudelis ...

Ah! See? Too many awesome people running around ... and I am so incredibly, positively thrilled to hang out with them, work with them, learn from them ...

    (and I keep adding ... )

Paul Myers and George Wright get a very special mention from me, just for their support and kindnesses over the many years I've been on the WF ...

    Live JoyFully!

  • A lot of Warriors have influenced me in many ways over the years, way too many to list here. But in terms of influencing my bottom line in sheer numbers, the following Warriors have helped me to take my business to heights I had never thought imaginable:

Allen Says: his private post reports completely changed the way I ran and grew my business, more importantly, he taught me what to focus on.

John Reese: he used to post here quite a bit, but his emphasis on tracking and testing really changed a lot for me. I also adopted his "get to work" mantra.

Paul Myers: been reading his newsletter for about a decade, it's something I will continue reading until I die or he dies. It's that good and thought-provoking. His moderating style has also taught me to be more open-minded and understanding of other people's points of view.

Eric Louviere: one of his products helped me quadruple my traffic in less than a year and his emphasis on mindset has always resonated with me.

Jimmy D. Brown: doesn't post here anymore but no single marketer has had more influence on the way I set up my e-mail marketing campaigns.

Frank Kern & Ed Dale: Their Underachiever Course from many years ago helped take my 2nd company global. His Mass Control has also heavily influenced me.

Tim Gorman: the article marketing go-to guy who taught me how to get insane views on the content my staff and I put out. H

Kevin Riley & Marlon Sanders: both of these marketers have helped me take product creation to a whole new level.

    • Oh by the dadgum way, I forgots to mention Ken Leatherman! I shore am glad I remembered fore he said somethin.

Talkin bout Ken is going to bring a tear to my eyeballs but I just gots to be sharin this. See, because of Ken, I wrote this touchin post about him to celebrate his birfday... exceptin he was wantin to do all the touchin!

Anyhew, get yourself some tissues and read the heart rendin post I wrote bout Ken a couple a years ago...

Whoooooooooooo weeeeeeeeeee! Lookie here now who done gots him a birfday! I done be a knowin Ken fer a long, long, long time and that thar ole fart, he shore is a fine feller! Why, the folk aroun Stumpwoody Holler shore dew thank highly of him. Well, mostest of them dew, all ceptin his ex galfriend Henrietta Hootersag. That thar woman ain't none too thrilled with Ken since whut happened when Ken took her a spoonin down to the lake. Fact is, Henrietta done be the reason Ken gots that thar nickname of Gimpy! Yew didn't be a knowin his nickname was Gimpy? Shewt, let me be a tellin yew how he gots thur thar name then...

See, ole Ken, he wus a thankin he wud be nice to his galfriend, Henrietta Hootersag, and take her fer a nice little ride out ta Lake Horneylizard. He wudn't REALLY bein nice, he actuarly had hisself two reasons fer going. One, it wus gettin close to Santie Claws time and he wus a aimin fer a mighty fine gift from Henrietta. Two, he was aimin to get a mite lucky thut thar night and do sum a thur thar chewin tabaccy spit swappin with her. Now, Henrietta's name wasn't really Hootersag but she got thur thar name from whut happened out at Lake Horneylizzard one night when she dun went skinny dippin with Ken but I'm not a gonna get inta thut thar story right now!

Anyhow, Ken took Henrietta Hootersag out ta thut thar lake and they gots outta thut thar car to feed the little baby skunkies whut wus a roamin round the lake. Well, as it just so happened, thar was a car full of rowdy boys from Merkat Holler whut come drivin up while Ken and his gal wus a feedin thum little skunkies.

Them boys didn't have nuthin but meanness on thar minds. They all gathered round Ken and his galfriend and the biggest boy sauntered right up to Ken and said, "Say yew old fart, I shore don't be a likin the way you look (nobody else did either) and I shore don't be a likin thut thar skinny old bat you is a hangin out with. Tell yew whut, why don't yew jest be a tellin me which one a yew, I should take down by the lake and just whale the tar out of?"

Well, ole Ken tole me he wusn't skeered of them thar fellers one bit. He tole me he looked thut big ole bad boy right in his eyeball an he tole him, "I tell yew whut, big boy, why don't yew jest be a takin my galfriend down thar cause she jest don't like it when people don't give her any attention!" Thut ole boy looked at Ken, kinda smiled to the point whar yew cud see all three of his yellered teeth and commenced to drawin a circle right thar on the ground in the dirt. He grabbed Ken by the shoulders an he moved him right smack dab inta the middle of thut thar circle.

"Listen hear, yew ole polecat, we is gonna take yore ugly galfriend right over thar by thut tree and we is gonna whale the tar outta her, yew hear? Now, iffin yew step outta thut thar circle while we is teachin yore gal a lesson, I guar-on-tee thut yew will dun be kilt dead by us... yew understand whut imma tellin yew?" Ole Ken he jest nodded his head slowly, folded his arms crost his chest and shoed thut thar ole boy he wusn't skeered a bit.

Well, them boys took ole Henrietta Hootersag over by thut thar tree and they jest commenced to poundin her silly. They whaled on her fer a good 20 minutes an she wus all black an blue when they decided to stop. They slapped the dirt off their hands, turned back to Ken and saw him a rollin on thut thar ground jest a laughin his fool head off! Them boys looked at each other in amazement, shook thar heads and wandered on back over to where Ole Ken was a still a laughin!

"Whut in tarnation is the matter with yew? Yew crazy fool, are yew dun tetched in the head? We dun took thut skinny ole bat yew be a callin yer galfriend over yonder by thut thar tree and we dun put a whoopin on thut thar old woman!" Ken wus barely able to get control of hisself, but finally, he wiped his nose on his shirt sleeve and tole thut ole boy, "Yessir, yew shore did lay a goodun on my honey bucket but whilst yew wus a doin thut, I dun stepped outta this hear circle four times!!!" As Ken fell right back down to the ground and commenced to laughin his fool head off onct more, them thar rowdy boys jest shook their heads, headed back to their car and left. They jest didn't want nuthin ta dew with thut thar crazy ole feller who wus a rollin and a whoopin on the ground!

An thut thar wus how ole Ken got the name Gimpy. Well, actually, them ole boys wusn't whut give Gimpy his name... it wus when Henrietta Hootersag came to and walked over an kicked ole Ken right smack dab in his nether region that he became Gimpy!

      Happy Birfday Gimpy!

  • Allen Says because he gave me a free Ipad.
  • I have gained invaluable insight from many throughout the years, but here is my short list:

    Eric Louviere
    Chris Rempel
    Kevin Riley
    Allen Says
    Ron Douglas
    Frank Kern

  • To OP Doug...

I'm honored you mentioned me, but the truth is I merely helped point you in the right direction. The work you're doing and the desire to succeed that you've translated into taking consistent action are so much more important. Nobody can "teach" those things... they have to come ultimately from within. I have no doubt you'll make it in this business. 90% of your success will be due to what you brought to the table.

I wish a lot more Warriors would work hard on changing their own beliefs and habits. If they put more effort into developing the right mindset and work ethic and spent less time buying every shiny new object to come along... but then I'm not supposed to say that. Might take away the only source of income for a lot of other Warriors.

    Thanks, Doug!

    John

    • I gave up listing favorites of any kind because I inevitably leave someone out. There are just way too many that have had an influence over me and my business in the years I've been coming here. Trying to pick out the most influential would be too hard to do.

      <But, Judy, you'd be on the list>
      • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • I've been at this a long time. I was successfully marketing online before I knew that the Warrior Forum existed, however, when I found the WF, it was the collective group that was influential to me. There is not one person that stands out. I like to get varying opinions on matters of interest and participate in debates. So, my answer would be all of the members that contribute as a whole.
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • Thanks everyone for taking the time to share. There are people listed here that i do not know. It just goes to show how many helpful Warriors that are out there.

  • Hi,

There are so many Warriors who have made this place so great
which in result has helped me grow my business in right direction.

So THANK YOU to all great WARRIORS!

If i had to pick specific Warriors...if my memory serves me better:
Following are the Warriors who really influenced me, my business and my income

Kevin Riley (What can i say? This post box is small to list everything in here he has done for me, and always there.. my Senpai! my Mentor!)
Dr. Mani (Always there to answer any of my questions!)
John Reese (Gifted me first Traffic Secrets Course, Thank you JOHN!)
BIGMike (BigMike set my 1st ever WSO on fire by his kind words in my thread! )
Michael Tracey (Our great Warrior with great compassion and support!)
Allen Says (Gifted me free membership to War Room, Allen's short & direct reports and posts always has inspired me.)

As i said there are so many Warriors who have helped me in one way or other, there
are so many threads posted by great Warriors which have really influneced my thinking...
so above list is just incomplete list as is the case with lists like this.

    With Best regards,
    Mohsin Rasool

  • Those are some great teachers, we all would learn from how they care about their students
  • Connor McCreesh got me to where I am
  • Thanks everyone that took time out of their day to share. Hopefully people will read this thread and check out some of the great names that are mentioned in this thread.

  • Allen Says - Because he created the Warrior Forum, which is arguably the most comprehensive and involved Internet Marketing forum on the World Wide Web.

John Delavera - He has been a great help to me in starting my own online business. His TurboMembership and just his advice in general have been invaluable to me.

  • If we're going with the superlative of the Warrior that "Most" influenced me then it has to be Andrew Hansen, Hands down!
  • When I first came here a long time ago I ran into someone who convinced me to start my own product. For the life of me I can't remember who it was though, which sucks. He basically told me, "Find a niche, outsource some software to sell, then sell it"

That's how my first profitable site got started, so he's had the most influence I'd say.

The members of this site that have influenced me (especially recently) know who they are; and should already be properly ashamed of themselves.

On a serious note though, I appreciate everyone who has taken the time to answer my questions, prove me wrong, get to know me through PM, or do anything else to make me feel like part of the group.

I should thank the mods too. I'm sure there have been a few times (especially when I post a meme) where they could have and should have punished me; but didn't.
  • My list will be very short since almost everyone has been mentioned numerous times...

    BigMIKE
    ClickBump

Because quality advice, products, and outstanding service are a way of life for these two...

I just thought of two others who are helping to transform my way of thinking...

BFAS - Michael - Helping me find a business model which matches my skills and mindset.
TryBPO - Inspiring posts and sharing as AdsenseFlippers..

My most inspiring Warrior though is a lurker...one of these days I will make my wife get an account.
    • [ 2 ] Thanks
  • Hundreds of pepole here have helped me in many different ways, but this is a forum about making money, after all.

So, this is a short list of those IM Warriors who have changed my income in a direct, positive, and lasting way:

    1. Sean Mize (mizesean) got me started in Article Marketing.

    2. Jack Duncan taught me the best way to find a niche.

    3. Allen Says told me to just do what I love-- which means zero problem "taking action".

    4. Alexa Smith ...duh!

  • What a good idea for a thread!

I have to say Alexa Smith has consistently educated and inspired me and so many other Warriors.

Her saint-like patience and commitment to dispelling IM myths and giving newbies especially a solid foundation for making money online is nothing short of philanthropy. Thanks Alexa!

  • Here are my TOP 5 of 2011

Mike Carraway - Mike believed in ME and my product and he helped me to gain the recognition in Warrior Forum. Without Mike it wouldn't be possible. Thank you, Mike!

Kieran McDonogh - Kieran is the best launch strategist. Period. Ideas and strategies that Kieran is generating are just mind blowing. We met in Phoenix for 4 days and the brainstorming sessions we had there, just changed my business by 360.

Craig Mako - Craig's ongoing support has helped me to serve hundreds of people. Thank you!

Chris Munch - Chris is an amazing strategist, I learned a lot from Chris in his Mastermind group. Thank you Chris!

Andy Fletcher - I met with Andy a few times in London and we connected very well. Andy is very smart marketer and long term business builder. Thank you for your support in 2011.

I also want to thank Oz (sms), Maria Gudelis, Aravindh (theplugindude), John S. Rhodes and Jay Boyer. You all had great influence on me and my work.

    Merry Christmas Warriors!

I consider meself a future visionary, and I hope to be added to this list one day - for now: I'm happy to have a few salmon, tomatoe and cucumber sandwiches on stoneground bread, to keep me regular of bowel, whilst I'm hard at work studying the work of these masterminds.
  • I gotta go with Alexa Smith on this one.

    • Lotsa folks would LOVE to be goin with Alexa Smith but I gots bad news for you... that there gal only has eyeballs for ole Thad and who can blame her?

It's a sort of Brad and Angelina thang! Brad Wickidoodie and Angelina Woodershins was all snookered for each other but it was never to be. See, Angelina was a purty little thang and she just didn't have enuff room in her heart for poor ole Brad cause she was too in love with all folks. She kept puttin up different pictures of herself all over the place and kept changin them suckers ever hour or two.

Ole Brad kept pinein away for that gal until he took up drinkin the shine all night long. Finally, he decided he loved the shine more than Angelina and the shine didn't keep changin it's picture.

Eventually ole Brad had to quit brewin the shin cause the neighbor folks kept complainin. Seems the mice kept gettin into his still and drinkin his shine. Then them there mice would go around the holler beatin up all the neighbors cats.

Now that there ain't got nothin to do with me and Alexa but I thought it shore was a good story!!

    • There are many great Warriors and way too many to list but I can name a few right off that have made direct impacts on my success.

      1) Jarrett Stevenson - Jarrett is the reason I am where I am without a doubt. He was the one that gave me the courage and mindset to do everything I've accomplished.

      2) Tim Atkinson - Tim has been an awesome mentor and truly inspired me to reach for massive heights.

      3) Andrew Gotti - Andrew JV'd with me before any of the WSO of the day's or anyone even knew who I was. He took time to review my product and put his name on it with me. That started it all.

      4) Shawn Anderson - Shawn has been one of if not my closest friends during the last eight months. When I need someone to listen to me rant I know Shawn will be there to put things in perspective.

      5) Anthony Aires - What can I say about Anthony. This man is the most positive human being I've ever met. Even when he gets dealt bad hands that would cripple most of us he just keeps on keeping on. He truly inspires me to be a more positive and patient individual.

As I said at the beginning there are too many to list as there are literally dozens of Warriors I consider my friends and they all deserve to be here but for fear of forgetting someone I'll just say you know who you are!

      Thanks,

      James
  • John Thornhill and Dave Nicholson do it for me, had a few faux guru mentors, but these two are the real deal, yeah they sell you stuff, but this is business, and all their content is pure gold.

    • I step to the beat of a different drummer I guess. The only person who comes close to me isn't listed by anyone else.

      Kim Roach

She's not around much these days though so maybe thats why.

  • George Katsoudas, for letting me review his amazing products and being someone of great integrity. In fact, if I were to take a newbie and say to them, "Do what this guy does"...this guy would be George.

John Delavera, because of his knowledge and willingness to share it.
  • At first I tried to come up with a list and then realized it would be too many people and I'd probably leave someone off, anyway.

I lot of people have influenced me on here and I have thanked them all.
  • Allen Says the creator of this amazing community
  • I am relatively new hear, but the names listed are mostly unknown to me, what is clear it's not always the top sellers in the WSO's that create the most value for the warriors, I have noted some common names and will start looking at some posts and threads.

    Be blessed and add value.
  • Lee Dobbins
  • WillR was the sole person who helped me break my $1000 goal.
  • Having been a Warrior since the late 90s, I can't think of a fair way to answer this.
The forum has changed in stages over the years and of lot of those who influenced me have come and gone, like Teresa King, who led me to the "secret forum" back in the day. And others have been along the whole time like Bryan Kumar and Paul Myers. I sometimes chuckle to myself when those that have come after me think I'm new.
I've taken a hiatus or two at times for various reasons and when I come back I always find a new"in" crowd. Times change and so do the people.
The past few years has opened of a new world to me and there is no way I could even start the list of people who just in the last few years has had an influence on me.
There are a lot of great people here, way too many to attempt to name,in my case.
