I want to play .swf file without browser. Which one is the best .swf desktop standalone Player? Where can I download it?

I use this one to look at swf files.

Flash Movie Player - freeware flash .swf standalone movie player

Here is another one I have been playing with and seems pretty good.

Freeware SWF & FLV player. Download swf player for Windows, flv player for PC

  Yes, Adobe (macromedia) has a standalone swf player. Links to the mac and windows versions are here: bannersnack.com/blog/download-swf-player/
  
  You can also use the "publish" option in Flash Studio to generate a "presentation" file, which generates an .exe that plays your project in an auto-generated standalone player.

  I struggled with video players for a long time until I installed Easy Video Player. It is pretty easy to install and super easy to use. Since I got an iPad, I realize that using flash for videos is not the best option until Apple and Adobe call a truce to their feud.
