Having issues with WF - keep getting booted, anyone else?

Hey guys,
I keep getting logged out and having pages loop on me like theyre trying to reload??

Anyone else having this same issue??? :confused:

Funny thing is, I view a thread, Im not logged in, I go back to the main forum, Im logged in, I view a different thread, Im logged out again???

  • It was doing that to me earlier on Firefox.

    I have my cookie cleaner set to skip WF, I cleared that and manually logged out and back in (clearing cookies) and ran the lso cleaner I have...hasn't done it again ...so far, about half hour or so.

    In the short version, I cleared everything I could...
  • Maybe you should clear cache and cookies... Use ccleaner for better result..
  • Same thing was happening to me on FireFox. I actually took the time to update everything (I am lazy ) and now everything works. Hope this helps!
  • I'm using Google Chrome and have been logged out twice tonight.

    I also noticed extremely slow speeds on and off throughout the day. I'm on dial-up, so it's very easy to notice change in speed.

  • I too keep getting logged out for no reason. First time it has happened in a long time. Nice to know I am not losing my mind.

  • Is there any possible way this could be related to the RIM/Blackberry issues? Not sure about their servers etc.

      But when I check other subforums, I shows me as being logged in.

  • I just logged in (yes, it keeps logging me out too) so I could come and ask the same question!

    Is it a change to our browsers or a change in the functionality of the board?

  • I don't think it's browser dependent: FF, IE and Chrome has been reported as well.

    • This has been happening to me too with Firefox today. I thought I was going mad! Glad I'm not!

      I also seem to get a lot of database errors for the past few weeks. What's up with that? :confused: It's very frustrating when I'm trying to read the next page of an interesting thread...

      This just happened to me, about 3 hours ago, for the first time ever: I was suddenly logged out and had to log back in - but have had no problem since.

      I often see these threads about "issues using the forum" but I think this is actually the first time I've ever experienced, myself, one of their alleged problems ... so now I'm starting to think that maybe they're not all confabulated, after all.

      Nah ... not really: you're just haunting the place ...

      I read this thread... decided that another "me too" post was not required... and then found myself logged out. Went back to the home page and found myself right back in again!

  • Yesterday and this morning I couldn't log on at all and got an error page that said something like "redirect not working".
  • I've been having the same problems...page loops that won't connect to the site, not able to see the site at all....been having problems for most of 2-days now.

    And if you look at the forum traffic, it's WAY DOWN from usual (only 850 in the general, and 1600 in WSO forum right now), so obviously many others are having problems too.
  • Ill have to give it a day or two, and hopefully whatever the issue is in that time is corrected.

    I can only post when I go to my profile page and click on "view posts by ramone_johnny"

    Otherwise the pages loop and Im logged in and out continuously.

    Except unlike many of you WF only works in FireFox for me, I get the issues in Chrome which is my go to browser, and Safari which I rarely use. Doesn't make sense browsers are only working for certain people... I never use Safari for WF, only use it for one car forum, yet it gives me the same log in/out issues as Chrome. Clearing cookies etc doesn't work.

    Yet FF works fine, then look at the all the complaints about FF in this thread lol.... weird?

    edit - just noticed something. WF won't load on Safari on iPhone. if you go to WF homepage it just says cannot open b/c of too many redirects. But if you go to http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...-offers-forum/ it works ... very odd
  • Im still having the same issue.

    Im logged in on my profile page, and the forums main page, but logged out everywhere else.

    Also, my posts dont show up on threads Ive posted to.

    Im using IE8 XP SP3

  • Numbers are down too so we're not the only ones. I experienced a bit of it about 10 hours a go but no problems (in IE) lately.
