Need Help- Is this unique Programming or a system?

Hey Everyone,

I am looking to create a site similar to what Russel Brunson, Frank Kern and Mike Dillard have recently put out there.

I am trying to find an active example but am unable to.

So, I will just explain what the site looks like.

Usually a video explain what the content will be then a webinar registration opt in form on the side with a few choices of times and dates for the webinar.

I am putting together a webinar that I would like to play numerous different times as it was a live event.

I am not sure if this is all unique programming or a specific system. I have easy video player and of course an aweber account, hoping that I can put something together with those two systems.

I hope this makes sense and someone can guide me in the right direction for creating this type of page.
