Divide the whole project of creating one micro niche site into the following stages:

    1. Niche Research (Finding niches and checking competition)
    2. Website creation (CMS based like wordpress, joomla, etc OR Static HTML websites)
    3. Content generation for (i)the website and (ii)the promotion of the website.
    4. SEO (onsite and offsite) for the website.

Once you take it stage by stage, you can find a lot of information on forums like this one. For example, for niche research, you can learn ways to do this part using free and/or paid tools. You can find tutorials on website creation using different platforms. Tips for content creation and optimization are also available. And there's a lot of information about SEO.

The most important thing is to start doing it. Don't wait to learn all these tasks before you start executing the project. Start doing the project and keep learning stuff as you go along.

For the first project, you will make some mistakes. You will also find out tasks which you find easier and some which you'd rather pay others to do. Even when you find tasks that you'd rather pay someone to do, you will know exactly what you want and will be able to get work done better.

Keep a deadline for each stage. Stick to it. Keep things simple.

This should help you get started and learn more.

Hi, Thanks for your info. yes I did start with these steps and I have a site, but it has no content. I just thought it would be nice to have some experienced person who can help me out in this. Someone who has already gone through all the pitfalls that come with this method, so my journey is made easier. Thanks.

I highly recommend this WSO by Andrew Mcleod. I learned so much from this WSO about creating niche sites and was able to create my first one due to this course. It's a step by step video course and has gotten tons of great reviews. Take a look at it here.
