Hi, i got this website latenightstop.com and im selling it because i want to become affiliate. Also how much i can sell it, i dont know how to evaluate & where to sell it ?

    Register a Paypal account and get it verified by your CC.

    Now fund your Paypal account via your CC and then again try to list your site on flippa with paypal

      I see many websites that go for hundreds and thousands of dollars on flippa.

      this maybe dumb question but would people pay that kind of money when they can make their own for so much less?

        You answered your own question! If they could make their own, they would. You know a lot of people that can make their own website...there are a lot more who can't or just don't have the time.

        Well, a lot of people are just afraid to try it themselves. It's something that in their head is difficult so most of the time they won't even make a go of it themselves or quit right away. I've known plenty of people like that. The other reason would be lack of time. Some people just don't have the time to sit down and try to bang something out.
