"Live chat" software for multiple sites?

I'd like a live chat feature for some of my sites to offer support but I don't want to have multiple clients, 1 per site, I'd rather have everything sort of aggregated and simplistic. Also these sites are through Wordpress if that changes anything. What do you use, any suggestions? Thanks!

Website tool box websitetoolbox.com has a nice one for about $6 a month. Right now I'm experimenting with Premium shopping cart's system. It also looks pretty good.

LiveChat is pretty solid -- and, from what I understand, the WordPress plugin version of it is quite good. However, it is not free (which is something you did not specify in your OP). Well worth the price though.

However, if you are looking for the ultimate option (ie., most feature, albeit high price), you can check out Live Help Messenger. It is what we use for our hosting customers and it is second to none.

    Hope that helps.

I would post the links, but my post count is working against me here. Simply Google the names and they'll pop up for you.

Thanks for the help. Am I able to have the live chat "button" for users to click on all the sites, then to kind of have 1 client to receive these messages in (if that makes sense)?

Kayako can do what you are looking for pretty well

I used to use that at my office before i moved to Mac... and that is where my problem started..

Anyone know off good Live Help script that has a Mac client? Most peeps in my office are using Mac, and its hard for us to use an XP to handle clients .

I found one at providesupport.com and Live Chat, Chat Software, Live Chat Software, Website Live Chat | WebsiteAlive but prefer a hosted (more secure data for us) and one time payment solution? Anyone know any?

Kayako looks nice, isn't integrated with Wordpress though.

LiveChat I downloaded but am getting a white box for the livechat when I installed it, put the widget in, and clicked it... no chat comes up, just an empty white box. Will resolve that tomorrow with their support.

We are currently using Livezilla chat and since a few weeks ago also Zopim. Both are free, only Zopim has a few restrictions for the free option.

I have to say that Zopim is easier to install since Livezilla needs a database and client software is on your computer while with Zopim you get an online dashboard to use... I hope this helps

I absolutely love Zopim. I use it across 5 of my sites and it is definitely a way to increase conversions, but make sure to be productive while using it.

Do you have to install different code on all of your sites and use different "Dashboards" to maintain all of them? Or can you just add the "same code" from one account creation, and manage all the sites on one dashboard? Follow what I mean?

      Thanks for the help!

I use CraftySyntax. The version I'm using is free. Use it on multiple sites and it's great to monitor site activity.
