Question: Researching My Niche via MeetUp
Please critique my process:
I have just completed going through Eben Pagan's Guru Blue Print Training and I'm researching my niche.
My mega niche is "dating" and my sub niche is "meeting women online." I would like to target single professionals, i.e. men with busy lives who don't have time to cruise the bar scene and want to meet women quickly and efficiently.
Eben Pagan says I should start out coaching people live in order to figure out their top-of-mind concerns. Then I will use that information to drive my product creation process.
So to start my coaching, I've set up a MeetUp group here: (Search for: "Dating Secrets Discussion Group for Providence Area Singles") I am prohibited from posting a link here.
I've got a few members but no one has signed up for my discussion group.
What am I doing wrong?
