Do you think the methods to earn money work?

When someone want to start to earn money online, it can be very confusing due to the thousands of methods to get money, myself was like that.
But many say the methods do not work.
This is what I think:

I have seen that maybe some methods work, and anothers just don't.

It's not about if they are usefull, it's about how you set it up, implement them and saturation.
I remember the old times when you could set up an adwords campaign with an affiliate link in a simple squeeze page. Golden times.
I remember I bought a method and it worked, in fact I only invested $10 and that was how I earned my first check for $170.

Then came google slap and all was over.
After that I have implemented some methods to get money, some worked others just didn't.

For examle I put on practice once a grey-hat technique and just spending 10 minutes of work, 14 hours after I was earning $78 . The problem with these methods is that they get saturated very soon.

My point is that the best method to earn money is : Diversify. And keep updated.
Some methods won't make you to earn money just because they are old, they can work a lot for somebody, but after one or two months they are not usefull any more.

The key to get your money in your pockets is never give up, and if you get some method or a 'bussiness in a box' model, do not stay inside the box, there are many ways to improve that technique out there.
