Video "frame" templates..where to find?

I am not sure if I am using the right term video "frames.
Have you ever gone to a website and seen a video play inside an image, such as a Television. For example. a video of an image of vintage TV playing old movie or 1950s TV show like I Love Lucy ?

If you know what these are referred to would help in my search. If you know where I can get them , you would be King for a day!!
