Ideas to Monitize my sites?

INTERNET MARKETING

I have 2 sites currently aimed at job seekers... Both get around 6500 visitors per month.

How would you monetize these sites? Adsense isn't doing too well at the moment.

I just signed up for aweber, but I'm still not sure what I'd offer people on my list. I genuinely want to help people, not rip them off with some scam if you know what I mean...

CPA and affiliate banners. Forget Adsense.

I recommend Peerfly for CPA (assuming you are new to CPA) and RAPBank for affiliate products.

If you arent new to CPA, then try Maxbounty. TONS of offers, and all of them have banners.

Offer something to sign them up to your list
then have an OTO before the free download.

You can also monetize your download page
by adding affiliate links in there.

there is job seeking CPAs .. If your getting 6500 views a month I'd look into putting some of those up on the site.

  Yea I agree CPA may be the way to go here, unless you can find a great independant company with a product that fits well.It may be worthwhile to look for one. Check out NeverBlue too though for CPA's

How about offering them a free report on how to write a professional CV? Perhaps give them a standard form that they can use.

The very first thing you must do is make your site a resource. You've heard it before most likely-- what does it mean? It means making your site useful to a specific audience- it could be a local portal site, a specific brand of car enthusiast site, a craft or hobby site, or even a political opinion site. The best thing to do is turn something you love into a resource site- you may be devoted to the conservation of a river in your area or have great ideas for keeping kids occupied during the summer-build a site around your unique knowledge and ideas.

There are certainly some options you can try.

-You can use CPA networks like cpalead/leadbolt/peerfly
-you can use linkworth - alternative to adsense
-you can add a job board like jobamatic/jobcoin to make money from your site.
