Making a WP theme from Scratch

INTERNET MARKETING

OKi, So I want to make a WP theme, I particularly want to make it look like a small convectional website, but I don't know about HTML, PHP code etc.

I have been making sites in Serif Webplus for a while which is a WYSIWYG kind of editor, is there anything like that for WP themes?

Also, Is there any really good WP theme building, that are helpfull forums?

Your advice is appreciated.

  I have noticed with many themes that they get the H1 tag wrong ie, the title is not actually an H1 tag. This is a pet peeve of mine as it does affect overall SEO score.
