You "can", but it's pretty ill-advised, compared with many of the alternatives, for all the reasons explained so clearly, and in so much detail, in all the threads like this one.

Blogger gives you nothing that you can't get for yourself, more safely and securely and free of charge, elsewhere.

Don't imagine that "the fact that Google owns it" will give you any SEO advantage: that isn't how it works, I'm afraid.

Seriously, a slow, careful, read through this thread will suggest some far superior possibilities to you, and maybe even leave you in control of your own business, rather than unnecessarily dependent on Blogspot's highly changeable terms of service and their idiosyncratic and inconsistent interpretations of them.
  • You can use them but there are also dozens of other possibilities to get free hosted blogs... wordpress.com for example... but if you are serious about this business that go with your own hosting and domain name, download free wordpress blog platform and own your websites...

Why you should go with your own website? Because that way no one can ban your blog or close it due to something they don't like, which can happen with Blogger... second, if you are serious about this business they you should invest 10 bucks per year in a domain name and 3-4 bucks per month for hosting...

That's not actually one of the alternatives, in this case, Zamzung, because no form of monetization is allowed there at all.

A wordpress.com blog with ClickBank (or any other affiliate) links would be closed down as soon as it's noticed.

Good, free, safe alternatives which leave you in control, and owning your own site (not the case at all, at Blogspot!) include Weebly, Yola, Blinkweb, Byethost and 000WebHost.
