Audio question...

Any easy/quick/cheap way to avoid popping "P" syndrome. My mic works fine, but I pop my p's a lot. Yes, I already have a foam cover.

And/or is there a way to reduce the popping sound "in the mix" via audacity. I don't see that as an effect listed.

Please advise.

Thanks!

  • Hi TW, you need to get what is known as a pop filter. Here is a link (not an affiliate link) that shows you what you need.

  • AHA! So the foam cover won't do it (as I have discovered). Thanks!
  • Your welcome, I have been involved in the music biz for a lot of years. i think this will get rid of your problem.
