What is the Best Exit Pop Software/Strategy?

I want to run a test on one of my sites. When the visitor leaves the page and doesn't buy, I'd like to offer a 7 day video course.
What's the best way to do it? Is there a way to put a short 30sec video inside an exit pop instructing them what to do?
