Need a prediction from warriors!

Hello all! I have some adsense sites and some of them making average $3-4 a day. I am planning to flipp those (sell on an auction) after 1 or 2 months until its revenue increases. I will have to sell these sites even if the current income trend ($3-4/day) doesn't improve in future.
Now, the honest prediction I want to get from you is, if I sell them with this kind of income, what sort of price should I expect from buyers?
Please make me blessed with your valuable opinion.
Thanks
Let the peace of almighty be upon all of you.

Hmm 5 hours since your post and no replies yet. I suspect Warriors are too wary to make predictions, but I'm going to have a stab.

I predict the best way you'll get an answer is to go along to the auction site you intend to use (Flippa?) and use the search facility to find a site similar to yours that has already sold. Depending on how similar a sold site is to yours and how recently it was sold you should get a ball park figure.

I also predict this is not the specific answer you were hoping for but it's the best I can do. Internet marketing is a bit like Hollywood sometimes. Even the experts can't predict what's a blockbuster and what's a flop.

I don't flip sites - but the answer is usually something like 10 times the monthly revenue.

So a site that is consistently making $3 ($90 a month) should sell for around $900

Don't take my word for that as I'm not a site flipper. Do as Dave suggests and look at similar sites on flippa

10x's revenue is a typical number but there are a number of other things that could influence domain/website pricing, for example if the domain is really good to the purchaser.

Ultimately a website is really worth however much someone is willing to pay ;-)

It used to be 10x of monthly revenue. But these days, selling it at 10x is quite a challenge as more and more flips are around close to 5x of revenue only, or at least, it'll be much easier to flip if it's 5x.

Nevertheless, 10x (or more) is definitely possible if the design or visual aspect of the site is fantastic. Other factors include proven traffic and high SERP.

As mentioned x10 monthly revenue is the standard...

However it can also be x5 revenue if you are not an established seller and have little or no feedback (also, if you don't have your listing set-up and managed properly).

Here is one of the best sellers on Flippa for these kind of sites you can learn from: (they get much more than x10 monthly revenue for their listings): https://flippa.com/users/342387
(you need to be logged-in to Flippa in order to view the page)

    Hope that helps!
