Just Host Down?

All my sites are hosted with Just Host and a couple of weeks ago, they were all running really slow. I contacted support and they said it was because some users were overloading the servers. A couple of days later, things went back to normal.

Yesterday, I tried to open one of my sites and it just hangs. This is the same for all my sites. I can't log in to cpanel via Just Host either Is anyone else having the same problem?

      I usually talk to support via live chat in my cpanel which I can't log into, but yeah, I will probably E-Mail or call them.

        Spoke to support, and the guy said it was again due to 'high server load' and the admins will try to fix it ASAP.

        This is the second time in a matter of weeks, I think we'll be switching to Host Gator soon. This just isn't good enough.

          Consider switching to Hostgator. I've been with them a while and not had any problems what so ever

            I would do so literally today, but would find the actual transferring over of all the sites quite daunting It's something that's got to be done sooner rather than later though.
