How do I get rid of Spammers

Hi all,
I want to hear from the real Warriors out there,
Some advice please, Got a group of spammers on my case need to get rid of, any good tips of getting this problem solved, What works for you,
There are in my forum going on like the Gremlins

    All depends on what forum script you are using, your best bet is to visit the support site for the forum script you are using and reviewing what others are doing to help keep their forum spam proof. If it's a paid script, you can submit a support request that details your issue, they should be able to provide you with the necessary tips and advice that you are looking for.

      Agreed. Go to the support forum of the software you are using and type "spam" or ask the question there and you should either find/get an answer to help you crack down on spammers.

    go thru every user and delete those spamming and ban their IP etc, then you may have to manually approve everyone for a while. Its what I didm and its working so far
